50 Cent was really busy in 2025. The self-proclaimed “King of Beef” spent months trolling Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. The convict isn’t the only person he took aim at, either. 50 had words for Ja Rule, Floyd Mayweather, King Combs, and Kanye West, too. All that trolling has led to a viral Super Bowl ad. In a partnership with DoorDash, 50 takes pride in his role as an Internet troll, poking fun at two of his main targets from 2025.

50 Cent’s DoorDash commercial leans into his legendary feuds

The Super Bowl is as much about football as it is about advertisements and music. Ahead of the big game, some of the event’s biggest ads have been released. This year, everyone is talking about 50 Cent’s DoorDash commercial. The Rapper and entrepreneur stars in a buzzy 2026 Super Bowl commercial as part of a partnership with DoorDash.

In the ad, 50 Cent denies being the “King of Beef” while pulling items out of a DoorDash bag that subtly troll his biggest targets. In the ad spot, he pulls cheese puffs and combs, widely interpreted as digs at Sean “Diddy” Combs, from the bag. He also pulls out a child’s board book, which appears to nod to 50’s insistence that Floyd Mayweather can’t read. The commercial is tied to DoorDash’s “Big Beef” campaign, which feels like it was basically made for 50 Cent.

Why is 50 Cent feuding with Floyd Mayweather?

While everybody is well aware of 50 Cent’s beef with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, his feud with Floyd Mayweather is a bit more niche. It is a lot more personal, though. In the early 2000s, 50 Cent and Floyd Mayweather were close friends. They even went into business together, but things fell apart around 2012, with 50 Cent leaving The Money Team Promotions, the business they launched that same year.

From there, the former friends were clearly feuding. 50 Cent took a jab at Floyd Mayweather in 2014 when he offered to donate $750,000 to charity if Mayweather could read a page from Harry Potter aloud without mistakes. The implication was that Mayweather was illiterate. Mayweather made fun of his former pal’s earning potential, his bankruptcy filing, and his business troubles. The feud continues.
