Aaron Phypers Witness List Includes An Alleged Affair Partner: Should Denise Richards Worry?
Aaron Phypers and Denise Richards are moving forward with their divorce, but it appears neither is interested in moving forward in a cordial manner. As the former duo prepares to duke it out in court, Phypers is prepared to pull out all of the stops. In fact, reports suggest that he is ready to call Charlie Sheen, Richards’ first ex-husband, to the stand if necessary. He could also call Real Housewives of Beverly Hills castmate Brandi Glanville. Reality TV fans who watched the pair on Bravo are trying to figure out Phypers’ angle, but does Richards have any reason to worry? Rumors of an affair between Glanville and Richards did run wild for a while.
Aaron Phypers may call Denise Richards’ ex-husband and former co-star in divorce battle
Aaron Phypers is on a mission to prove his soon-to-be-ex wife, Denise Richards, is a liar and a substance user. He is holding nothing back to make that happen. In a recent court filing, Phypers stated that he may call Charlie Sheen and Brandi Glanville to the stand. Sheen was married to Denise Richards from 2002 until 2006. They share two children. Glanville worked with Richards on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for two seasons.
According to Phypers’ recent court filings, he believes that Sheen, along with Richards’ former co-star, Brandi Glanville, may be able to corroborate his claims that Richards has a history of not being “truthful.” Phypers also believes both individuals could testify about Richards’ alleged drug and alcohol use, which Phypers previously claimed was the cause of a black eye, not an altercation with him.
Should Denise Richards be worried?
Denise Richard and Aaron Phypers’ divorce is not going to be a civil, simple affair. That is for sure. Still, should she be worried about Phypers calling her long-ago co-star and her even longer-ago ex-husband? It all depends on what actually happened between Richards and the potential witnesses. While Richards and Sheen appear to be on good terms now, with Richards appearing with him in recent months, things were not always great between them. Still, Richards did step up and care for his twins when he couldn’t, which does indicate that she is someone Sheen considers untrustworthy.
Things get much dicier where Brandi Glanville is concerned. For years, Glanville has contended that she had an affair with Denise Richards. The former RHOBH star has repeatedly stated that she and Richards hooked up after a night of drinking. Glanville claimed that Richards told her that Phypers could never know. Richards had denied the claim. Still, the cheating rumors are said to have led to her decision to leave the Bravo series. How much of Glanville’s claims will come up in court is anyone’s guess. Still, it seems likely that Phypers is calling the former co-star specifically to discuss the alleged hookup.
