During a recent conversation with Time, Wilson opened up a bit more about her personal life and what she hopes is to come in the future.
She told the outlet that she’s planning forever with Bam Adebayo, noting that when they get engaged is entirely up to him, but that she sees him as her “life partner” and she isn’t planning to change that. As for what comes next, Wilson insists kids are in the plan, calling becoming a mother one of her “dreams.” Her interview with Time is the first time she’s really delved into her future with Adebayo, but it’s not the first time she’s spoken about him. She’s mentioned him a couple of times since going public with their romance in February 2025.

During a November appearance on Good Morning America, Wilson discussed her longtime love. During that appearance, she revealed that she will truly ride with Adebayo no matter what. She called the NBA star “perfect” in her eyes and insisted that, to her, he can “do no wrong.”
Wilson insists that she and Adebayo are there to support each other. While their busy schedules certainly complicate things, she proclaimed that there is nothing they can’t overcome. During her appearance, she insisted that they went into their romance knowing it would be hard and that scheduling would be an issue, but that they still wanted to make it work. So far, they have. Though an engagement hasn’t been announced, fans are anxiously awaiting one. Wilson apparently is, too.
