Others posited that he was planning to tie the knot since a woman was spotted with him and his young son. As it turns out, his visit to the courthouse has nothing to do with his former love or a current one. Instead, the former Teen Mom guest is entering into a legal battle with his own family, and it’s all about money.

Andrew Glennon is no stranger to the court system. When he was spotted in a courthouse earlier this month, fans assumed he was dealing with custody issues again. Apparently, Glennon has bigger fish to fry than Amber Portwood and her unhinged TikTok musings. According to the U.S. Sun, Glennon is currently disputing his mother’s estate.
According to court records obtained by the outlet, Glennon, one of four children, submitted an affidavit regarding the handling of his late mother’s estate. Glennon claims two of his sisters pressured him into signing paperwork that he believes led to an unfair split of the family assets. His other sibling was disinherited, according to the outlet.
It’s unclear from the paperwork filed what exactly Glennon is contesting, but the estate is reportedly worth over $8 million. The filing comes more than a year after the death of Glennon’s mother, Charmaine Witus. His father, James Glennon, died in 2006.

Andrew Glennon was living in Indiana while dating Amber Portwood, but he petitioned the courts to leave the state after their breakup. A judge allowed the former cameraman to take the son he shares with Portwood and head home to California, where he insisted he had an extensive family support system. Glennon, along with James, has been living in California since 2022.
According to the U.S. Sun, Glennon and the school-aged child originally lived in Malibu with Glennon’s mother. More recently, the single father has moved to Santa Barbara. His residence in Santa Barbara is reportedly also a family property. Amber Portwood seemingly confirmed the locations during a TikTok Live event when she discussed why she couldn’t live in Malibu or Santa Barbara near her young son. Portwood, who claims to have made $30 million, says she can’t afford to live in the Golden State.
