The Real Housewives fans have spent years debating what happened between Caroline Manzo and Brandi Glanville during the filming of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip. The trip spurred claims of sexual assault and led to lawsuits. Unfortunately for fans, they’ll never get a chance to see that footage. Bravo appears committed to keeping it on the shelf and never airing it. While Andy Cohen is a pretty major influence at Bravo, he claims he has absolutely no pull when it comes to the lost season or speaking on what happened between he two former housewives. He did recently reveal that, if it were up to him, the world would be completely aware of what really went down.

Manzo claimed that during filming, the production team plied Glanville with alcohol. She says Glanville then went on to act inappropriately towards her, kissing her and then following her into a bathroom, where the former TV personality allegedly fondled Manzo. Glanville has vehemently denied the allegations. According to People, Glanville, who famously appeared on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, has said that the stress and devastation of the allegations led her to a dark place where she contemplated suicide. She maintains that she did not assault Manzo and was following production’s lead.

Manzo’s lawsuit remains active. Glanville has dropped her own lawsuit against Bravo, although she has accused the network of further wrongdoing and continues to threaten legal action. Neither Manzo nor Glanville has appeared on Bravo since the incident.

Andy Cohen wants the season to air

Andy Cohen might have sway at Bravo, but he has no control over whether or not fans ever see the lost season of The Ultimate Girls Trip. If he did, we’d have seen it already. Andy Cohen recently appeared on Call Her Daddy and was asked about what really went on between Glanville and Manzo. While Cohen didn’t reveal any insider information, likely due to the ongoing lawsuits, he did share his thoughts on the matter.

Cohen said that if he had his way, the footage would have aired, in its entirety, and fans could have made up their minds about what really went down between Glanville and Manzo. Cohen refuses to publicly pick sides, though we can safely assume he’s on Team Bravo. Neither former housewife was ever his favorite. In fact, he has had moments of tension with both Caroline Manzo and Brandi Glanville over the years. Still, his feud with Glanville is much more recent. Glanville, in an interesting twist, has accused Cohen of sexual harassment, claiming she was “mortified” when he took to FaceTime to ask her if she wanted to watch him have sex with another Bravo celebrity. Years earlier, Caroline Manzo called Cohen “pure evil.”
