Ariana Grande Fans Are Convinced That She Got Plastic Surgery
Singer and actress Ariana Grande has faced plenty of plastic surgery rumors over the years. Even though she grew up in the spotlight and, therefore, her appearance is expected to change with time, some believe the changes we see are just too drastic to not be enhanced.
Even surgeons and others in the medical field have weighed in about what they think Grande has had done, but she previously took on all those rumors while hooked up to a lie detector.

In 2024, the Wicked: For Good star sat down with her castmate Cynthia Erivo and answered several questions about what she has and has not had done while hooked up to a polygraph machine.
Grande shut down the rumors that she had a nose job, a boob job, a chin implant, and a facelift. However, she said she wasn’t opposed to getting a facelift one day. The polygraph concluded that her answers were “truthful.”
Grande did admit to past cosmetic enhancements, revealing that she had fillers and Botox in various places but “stopped four years ago.” The polygraph determined that was also “truthful.”
Why fans are convinced Grande had surgery now
But because the polygraph was done over a year ago, several fans are convinced that Grande has since gotten plastic surgery. And debates about that have lit up social media after some pics of the actress promoting Wicked: For Good began circulating.
“What’s going on with the makeup style that’s changing her eye shape so drastically?” one user asked and comparing how Grande’s recent photos to ones from just a few years back, exclaiming, “She looks like two different people here.”
One person replied, “It’s not makeup, it’s plastic surgery.”
Accusations then started swirling that she had a procedure on her eyelids where they “see the most change.” Several opined that she definitely had a “blepharoplasty.”
Others, however, defended the star posting, “The Ariana Grande plastic surgery discourse has shown me that most people have no idea how much makeup + changing your eyebrows can change your face.”
One fan wrote, “People saying Ariana Grande got plastic surgery around her eyes and it’s like c’mon now it’s most likely because she doesn’t have winged eyeliner and it’s a more natural look. That would help and also having the eyebrows from the left, but regardless she looks great,” while another added, “I’m convinced she’s had the fox eye lift.”
The fox eye lift uses dissolvable threads placed under the skin to lift the outer corners of the eyes and brows to create an elongated, almond-shaped eye by lifting the outer corners of the eyes and brows, giving an angled, “foxy” appearance. It has become a popular trend among celebrities and influencers in recent years. The procedure can cost anywhere from $2,000 to $3,000.
