Attorney Suing Priscilla Presley Said She Made an ‘Entirely Unacceptable’ Claim About Graceland
Priscilla Presley’s former business partners are currently suing her for $50 million. Her former partners, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, have accused her of fraud, claiming she hid assets from the IRS at Graceland. Presley’s lawyer has pushed back against their claims, prompting a rebuttal from Kruse and Fialko’s attorney, Jordan Matthews. Matthews said the claims made by Presley’s camp were unacceptable.
Priscilla Presley’s former partners are suing her for $50 million
In a lawsuit filed by Kruse and Fialko, Presley’s former business partners allege that she hid “upwards of $25 million” from the IRS at Graceland (via People).
They accused Presley of submitting a “Form 433-A to the IRS in an attempt to negotiate down her tax obligations, where she falsely represented to the IRS on May 4, 2023, that she only owned jewelry worth $6,000.”
Kruse and Fialko claim that she holds a multi-million dollar jewelry collection and other items at Graceland. They say that once they learned of the value of the jewelry, Presley “orchestrated their immediate termination.”
Priscilla’s lawyer, Marty Singer, has pushed back against the claims.
“The claims made by Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko are absurd and completely without merit,” he said. “This false claim is nothing more than a sad and vicious attempt to tarnish the reputation of an 80-year-old woman.”
He has also stated that there are “no items of significant value that would add up to tens of millions of dollars” at Graceland.

Kruse and Fialko’s attorney has already fired back against claims made by Presley’s camp.
“The allegations in our cross-complaint demonstrate that our clients required Priscilla Presley to comply with the IRS’s request for financials,” Matthews said in an emailed statement. “Priscilla was asked to lawfully disclose her assets to authorities. She abruptly fired them the next day. Our clients are hardworking individuals who put their lives on hold to support her, only to be cast aside for demanding honesty and legal compliance.”
He accused Presley of avoiding questions about Kruse and Fialko on her recent book tour.
“Since then, Presley has used her fame and platform to publicly smear them with baseless claims, damaging their reputations and livelihoods,” he said. “As she promotes her book, she avoids questions about the case because she has no evidence whatsoever. This is a clear case of a celebrity using their fame and privilege to silence honest people and avoid accountability.”
He also called the denial of their claim that Presley kept assets at Graceland unacceptable.
“Lastly, for any representative from Elvis Presley Enterprises to say ‘Priscilla does not have a massive collection at Graceland’ is not only dishonest, it can be proven otherwise,” he said. “This is entirely unacceptable and, as a matter of integrity, we demand that the truth be heard.”

Presley and her granddaughter, Riley Keough, have been at odds, but they united to push back against the lawsuit.
“We are aware of the latest allegations from Brigitte Kruse,” they said in a joint statement in September. “These claims are not only untrue but also deeply hurtful. Our family is, and always has been, united in love and respect for one another.”
They said they would not allow the lawsuit to divide them.
“Our shared priority remains honoring Lisa Marie’s memory and protecting Elvis’ legacy with dignity. We will not allow outside voices to divide us or to diminish the strength of our bond as a family.”
