On May 16, Dawn Richard took the stand in a federal courtroom to testify against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. Richard became acquainted with Diddy after appearing on Making the Band 3. Aubrey O’Day appeared on the same show. She and Richard worked together in Danity Kane. Trial watchers felt confident that O’Day would be the next person to take the stand. She has clarified that it won’t be her. Aubrey O’Day is not testifying against Diddy.

Aubrey O’Day won’t be testifying in Diddy’s trial

Former Danity Kane member, Aubrey O’Day, has popped up in New York in the last week, which gave credence to the theory that she would be up next to testify in Diddy’s sex trafficking and racketeering trial. Now, the entertainer is setting the record straight. O’Day appeared on Amy & T.J., a news podcast hosted by Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes, on May 16. Despite all the stories, she said she is not testifying against Diddy.

While O’Day is not testifying at Diddy’s sex trafficking and racketeering trial, she has been a loud voice about the music mogul in the years before his arrest. O’Day often clarified that there is no love lost between her and Diddy. She’s spoken out against him and subtly revealed his troubling behavior. O’Day alluded to issues with the disgraced music mogul years before Cassie Ventura’s lawsuit was filed. In 2022, O’Day appeared on Call Her Daddy and suggested Diddy fired her in 2008 for refusing to meet his expectations. She clarified that her musical talent was not the problem, but failed to elaborate further. Diddy’s critics can easily read between the lines.
