She suggested she isn’t one to be messed with because she “knows too much.”

She’s once again in the spotlight following Hulk Hogan’s death.
Brooke insists that, despite being spoken about, she was not actually in contact with her father in the months or years before his death. She told TMZ Live that despite media stories about a reconciliation, things were not good between her and Hulk before he died. She insists they had no contact, although her husband was in communication with him.

Brooke Hogan didn’t stop at letting the world know that, unfortunately, she was not in contact with her dad before he died. She says his entire camp is busy spinning lies about her in the wake of the wrestler’s passing. She insists that any stories about Hulk Hogan reaching out to her or attempting to reconnect with his estranged daughter over the last two years are fabricated.
Brooke told TMZ that she did not receive any gifts, nor did she send them back. She claims she never received any text messages or phone calls from the wrestling great. She says she didn’t turn down any plans to meet up with her family in recent years, either. In fact, she claims the opposite is true, and her husband, Steven Oleksy, is backing her up. Brooke has one theory about why a false narrative would be created. She says people in her father’s “camp” might be afraid of what she knows, so they are trying to make her look bad. She said she is willing to get a lawyer if it is needed, so his camp should probably quiet down.
Why was Brooke Hogan estranged from both of her parents?
Brooke didn’t just have a complicated relationship with her father. She is also estranged from her mother, Linda Hogan. While Linda and Hulk Hogan were married for decades, they split in the early 2000s, with Hulk remarrying twice. Over the years, there have been plenty of rumors about Brooke Hogan’s decision to put distance between herself and her parents. Most rumors suggest the relationship became strained around the time of Linda and Hulk Hogan’s split. Both moved on to new, much younger partners. Brooke Hogan’s husband, Steven Oleksy, recently spoke to People about the strained relationship. He explained exactly when his wife decided enough was enough. Oleksy says Hulk’s much younger bride had nothing to do with the estrangement.
When Oleksy came into the picture, Brooke had already put some space between herself and her parents, but left the door open for reconciliation. Oleksy said he was open to it and spoke to Hulk Hogan on several occasions. The end of the father-daughter relationship came when Hulk Hogan declined the chance to walk his only daughter down the aisle. Oleksy said the former professional wrestler stated that he no longer attended weddings. He did not attend their nuptials. He married the following year and was present when his son, Nick Hogan, got married earlier this year.
Oleksy admitted there were conversations after that, but it became increasingly clear that Hulk had little interest in his daughter or her life. The couple welcomed twins in January. Hulk Hogan never met them. That was his choice, said Oleksy. Oleksy did not speak on Linda Hogan. The estrangement with Linda seems equally complicated.
