Brooklyn Beckham Addresses Feud With His Parents; ‘Everyone Is Always Going to Say Rubbish’
David and Victoria Beckham‘s oldest son, Brooklyn, has made some rare comments about the reported feud with his parents.
Over the last several months, rumors have flooded the internet that Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola Peltz, are not on speaking terms with David and Victoria. The rumors went into overdrive when Brooklyn and his bride skipped out on his father’s 50th birthday party back in May.
The alleged family rift is said to have been brewing since Brooklyn and Peltz tied the knot in 2022. Some sources claim that Victoria was upset that the bride didn’t pick her mother-in-law to design her dress, while other reports say Peltz and Brooklyn weren’t happy that Victoria tried to steal the limelight on their wedding day.
The former Spice Girl has never commented on those reports.
But during his appearance at the celebrity Ryder Cup, Brooklyn mentioned the alleged family feud while speaking with the Daily Mail.
“There’s always going to be people saying negative things but I have a very supportive wife,” he told the publication. ‘Me and her, we just do our thing, we just keep our heads down and work. And we’re happy.”
Brooklyn added that he doesn’t ever concern himself with what people outside his circle say about his personal life, insisting, “Everyone is always going to say rubbish. I just try and do this, play some golf with some friends. It’s good fun.”
The last time Victoria and David were photographed with Brooklyn was in 2024 over the Christmas holiday.
