Brooklyn Beckham’s Ex Is ‘100% Team Brooklyn’ and Said Victoria Beckham ‘Didn’t Like’ Her
Brooklyn Beckham’s ex has shared her side of the drama surrounding the famous family. In a statement published to his Instagram Stories, Brooklyn accused his parents of trying to ruin his relationship with Nicola Peltz-Beckham. His ex-girlfriend, Tallia Storm, said she could tell Victoria Beckham did not like her. She has thrown her support behind her former boyfriend.
Brooklyn Beckham’s ex said she didn’t think Victoria Beckham liked her
Long before Brooklyn’s marriage to Nicola, he dated Storm.
“We were just 16,” she told The Mirror. “I was the first girl that had ever been spotted with Brooklyn.”
Early in their relationship, Storm invited Brooklyn to one of her gigs. She believed Victoria called the press and turned it into something it “didn’t need to be.” On another occasion, she and Brooklyn planned to attend the Global Gift Gala together. He canceled at the last, and she believed this was because Victoria didn’t like her.
“I was meant to sit next to Brooklyn, we were all super excited — and then he messaged me on the night itself, when I was already inside, saying, my mum won’t let me come, I’m sorry,” she recalled. “And that was that. Obviously, Victoria didn’t like me or whatever.”
While she described Victoria as “very chatty and bubbly,” and said she never witnessed any “crazy, diva moments,” she is supporting her ex in the conflict.
“I think he’s just had enough,” she said, adding, “I am 100% Team Brooklyn. I think what that boy has gone through over all these years, in that Beckham ‘web’, as I call it, is a lot. It’s a lot on any person. So, good on him, saying, ‘enough is enough’. This is him taking back his power.”
She believes in his marriage to Nicola Peltz-Beckham
Much of Brooklyn’s post was in defense of his wife, Nicola. Storm said she believes the couple fit well together.
“I’ve never met her personally, but I do think Nicola is Brooklyn’s soulmate,” she said. “And I do think they’re a little dream team. Good for him, for taking a stand. I’m proud of him. It takes a lot to come out and say what he says.”
It doesn’t surprise her that Brooklyn sided with his wife over his family.
“Especially with boys, they tend to gravitate to the wife — happy wife, happy life,” she said. “I don’t know if Victoria was ever picking on Nicola or not, but that’s a dangerous route to go down.”
She added that she hopes the statement will help Brooklyn and Nicola move forward.
Brooklyn Beckham accused David and Victoria Beckham of trying to ruin his relationship
In his post, Brooklyn accused his mother of sabotaging his wedding. He claims that his family tried to ruin his relationship with Nicola.
“My parents have been trying endlessly to ruin my relationship since before my wedding, and it hasn’t stopped,” he wrote. “My mum cancelled making Nicola’s dress in the eleventh hour despite how excited she was to wear her design, forcing her to urgently find a new dress.”
He also doesn’t believe his family has behaved appropriately towards his wife.
“My wife has been consistently disrespected by my family, no matter how hard we’ve tried to come together as one,” he wrote. “My mum has repeatedly invited women from my past into our lives that were clearly intended to make us both uncomfortable.”
Brooklyn said that at this point, he has no intention of reconciling with his parents.
