Capricorn Clark Set to Testify, Once Called Diddy ‘The Devil’

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ trial will be moving into its third week of testimony when the jury returns from the holiday weekend. Over the last three weeks, they’ve heard from Cassie Ventura, Kid Cudi, and several people who have worked for Diddy over the years. Capricorn Clark, another employee, will take the stand next, and her testimony should be important.

Who is Capricorn Clark?

Capricorn Clark is an entertainment executive who has worked in marketing, brand management, and television production. While Clark has worked with various brands, she is best known for her work with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.

Capricorn Clark served as Diddy’s assistant in the early 2000s. She later became the global brand director for Diddy’s company. She worked closely with the music mogul and was privy to the inner workings of his enterprise. According to Soap Central, Clark also appeared alongside Diddy as a judge on VH1’s reality show “I Want to Work for Diddy” in 2008.

Clark once called Diddy ‘The Devil’

Capricorn Clark’s name might not ring a bell for those who have only begun following Diddy now that he’s on trial, but she’s been speaking out against the rapper for years. Back in November 2023, almost a year before the first lawsuit was filed, Clark took to X (formerly Twitter) to blow off steam.

She wrote, “…Last 11 years of my life, I have had to deal with everyone’s nonsensical allegiance to the devil. I pray that ends. I don’t think highly of any of you.” While Clark didn’t name any names, it’s largely assumed that she was speaking about Diddy when referring to “the devil.” She’s made additional comments since.

What is she expected to testify about?

Because Capricorn Clark worked with Diddy as a brand director and as an assistant, her testimony is expected to shed further light on Diddy’s controlling behavior, unorthodox asks, and threatening actions. Clark’s most significant contribution will likely be her take on Diddy’s decision to terrorize Kid Cudi for dating Cassie Ventura.

Last week, Kid Cudi took the stand to testify about an incident in which his car was destroyed. He also revealed that his home was broken into. Diddy was never charged with any crimes associated with the events. Still, Cudi and Cassie Ventura both testified that Diddy was the mastermind behind the attack. He reportedly became enraged after he learned Cudi was secretly dating Ventura. During his testimony, Cudi revealed that Clark had called him about Diddy’s planned attack. He said she was “in tears.” Clark is expected to discuss the attack and other violent events she may have witnessed.
