Cardi B had two words for Stefon Diggs before the Super Bowl
After the 2026 AFC Championship Game, Cardi spoke about her pride in Diggs.
“I’m feeling very excited, and very happy for him, very proud of him,” she said, per CNN. “You know, he just came back from an ACL and me seeing the progress and the process of him going from there, from the first time he started running back and now joining the Patriots and actually going to the Super Bowl. I’m very excited for him, very excited for the whole team.”
She was significantly less effusive ahead of the Super Bowl. Cardi was in San Francisco for the game, appearing at Michael Rubin’s Fanatics Super Bowl party and during Bad Bunny’s halftime show performance. When asked what she wanted to say to her boyfriend before the game, Cardi briefly considered her words before giving a simple, “Good luck.”
Diggs has thanked Cardi for her support throughout his season, but her tone made it seem that she wasn’t in his corner ahead of the Super Bowl. It’s not clear if the couple was just fighting or if they have ended their relationship.
