What Cosmetic Procedures Has Cardi B Had Done? She Said She Is Removing Her Butt Implants
In a recent concert on her Little Miss Drama tour, Cardi B said that she plans to undo a cosmetic procedure. Cardi has been open about the butt implants that she received, as well as her lengthy journey of getting them removed. While many celebrities are coy about the cosmetic procedures they’ve had, Cardi often discusses hers with fans. Here’s what she’s said about her history of plastic surgery.
Cardi B announced her plans to undo a cosmetic procedure
Singer Kehlani joined Cardi at a recent stop of her Little Miss Drama tour. Backstage, Kehlani commented on Cardi’s behind.
“You have so much a**!” Kehlani told her. “That was the most a** I’ve ever seen, I think.”
Cardi responded to say that she wants it to be smaller.
“After this tour, I’m taking some out,” she said. “After this tour, I don’t wanna hear nobody for three months. I’m going to Colombia, nobody hit me up, nothing. I’m taking this a** out!”
What cosmetic procedures has Cardi B had done?
Cardi revealed that she got biopolymer injections in her butt in a basement in Queens. She paid $800 for them.
“They don’t numb your a** with anything,” she told GQ. “It was the craziest pain ever. I felt like I was gonna pass out. I felt a little dizzy. And it leaks for, like, five days.”
This is not the only procedure she has undergone. Cardi said that when she was 18, she used the money she made as a stripper to get a breast augmentation. She also got porcelain veneers while starring on Love & Hip Hop: New York.
Cardi also said that after years of insecurity about her nose, she got nose fillers in 2019. She didn’t like the results, so she got rhinoplasty the following year. The rapper has also openly discussed getting liposuction after giving birth.
She warned fans about getting silicone injections
The silicone injections Cardi got in her butt are illegal and can cause severe complications. Cardi warned fans against getting them.
“In August, I got surgery and I removed 95% of my biopolymers… if you don’t know what it is, it’s a** shots. It was a really crazy process,” she said on Instagram Live (per People). “All I’m going to say is that if you’re young, if you’re 19, 20, 21, and sometimes you’re too skinny, and you be like ‘OMG I don’t have enough fat to put in my a**,’ so you resort to a** shots, don’t!”
She has been working to get them removed since 2022.
“When it comes to BBLs, if y’all want advice from me, before you get your BBL done you have to make sure your blood levels are all right,” she said. “If a doctor says your blood levels are too low or you have diabetes or whatever, don’t do it.”
