Dale Moss and Kat Izzo Split Following ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ and It Already Looks Ugly
Kat Izzo and Dale Moss have finally announced their split. The duo, who met on the set of Bachelor in Paradise, appeared to have an uphill battle to romantic success after their relationship got off to a very rocky start in Costa Rica. While the couple stayed together for six months after the show, the breakup doesn’t seem amicable. At the very least, comments Izzo left on Moss’ social media profiles suggest it wasn’t all that friendly.
An insider claims Kat Izzo and Dale Moss have broken up
It looks like the relationship between Kat Izzo and Dale Moss has been officially “deaded.” The U.S. Sun reportedly spoke ot an insider who claimed the couple split quietly back in October after giving their relationship six months to grow and develop. The insider told the publication that the decision was amicable. They claimed that the duo had just decided they were better off as friends. A social media post suggests something different might be going on, though.

Izzo and Moss linked up almost immediately on Bachelor in Paradise season 10. While they didn’t win the season, they did leave Costa Rica together and appeared interested in making things work long-term. Things, however, started pretty rocky, with Moss disinterested in committing. Still, they were together when they met up with the rest of the cast for a reunion podcast in September. Izzo left a past season of Bachelor in Paradise engaged, and Moss called off his engagement to Clare Crawley, whom he met on The Bachelorette, in 2021, so the stakes were pretty high for both.
Kat Izzo left a snarky comment and then deleted it
While the former couple appears to be keeping their recent split quiet by not making an official announcement, Izzo seemingly couldn’t help but throw a bit of shade. Over the weekend, Moss took to TikTok for a bit of a motivational speech. As he got ready, he spoke about staying the course and accepting that things can change drastically in a short amount of time.
Moss seemed mostly upbeat in the video, but Izzo was feeling far less optimistic. Reddit users noticed she left a comment on the video, trolling her now ex. She wrote, “That’s rich coming from you.” Fans interpreted the comment as hostile, especially after realizing Izzo had unfollowed Moss before leaving the comment. He opted not to respond, which is his preferred method of dealing with his angry exes. Izzo has since deleted the comment.
