After a highly successful season, the contestants on Dancing With the Stars are gearing up for the finale. Elaine Hendrix, Alix Earle, Dylan Efron, Jordan Chiles, and Robert Irwin will perform three dances each in a uniquely challenging final episode. According to betting experts, one contestant seems to be in the best position to take home the mirror ball trophy.

Betting experts say 1 ‘Dancing With the Stars’ contestant is most likely to win

While each of the contestants still has a shot at winning, Irwin is currently the clear frontrunner. He has received high scores throughout the competition and has a dedicated fan base.

“In the wake of Whitney Leavitt’s surprising elimination — a reminder that high judges’ scores don’t always translate into viewer support — Robert Irwin has emerged as the clear favorite, with his odds of winning season 34 shortening to +122,” experts from VegasInsider.com tell Showbiz Cheat Sheet. “Robert’s natural charisma has been evident since the very first episode, and his broad, cross-generational appeal could very well carry him to the win.”

Irwin currently has a 45% chance of winning. TikTok personality Alix Earle has the second-highest odds of winning at 33%. Her social media followers could help push her to victory.

“Close behind is Alix Earle with second highest odds to win: +200. Alix has delivered consistently strong performances throughout the season and backed by a massive TikTok following, she has the momentum and a fan base to potentially push her across the finish line.”

Olympian Jordan Chiles comes in third with a 17% chance of winning. It’s a longer shot for Dylan Efron and Elaine Hendrix, but the show has proven in the past that anything is possible.

“Jordan Chiles currently holds the third-best odds of winning, +500, followed by a tie between Dylan Efron and Elaine Hendrix who have odds of +1900 to win. While neither Dylan nor Elaine have been considered a frontrunner to win throughout the season, past editions have shown that audiences love rooting for an underdog and rewarding growth – something both have demonstrated over the past few months – so anything is possible come final night on the dance floor.”

Robert Irwin reflected on his time on the show ahead of the finale

As he prepares for the finale, Irwin said he has loved working with his partner, Witney Carson.

Dancing With the Stars has changed my life in a lot of ways. But being part of this experience with Witney has been my favourite part,” he wrote in an Instagram post. “We’ve made it to the finale, and it’s bittersweet… one last chance to dance.”

In a separate post, Irwin said he will always cherish the experience of competing on the show.

“I’m gonna miss this,” he wrote. “Thanks for the best memories, Witney. I will cherish this experience forever. One last night to dance – see you tomorrow, America.”

His sister was also a contestant on ‘Dancing With the Stars’

If Irwin wins the mirrorball trophy, he will become the second person in his family to do so. In 2015, his sister, Bindi, won the show.
