David Eason Has 2 Weeks to Get His Stuff Off of Kenleigh Heatwole’s Property
It’s just another week for David Eason, and that means another court date. Earlier this week, the former Teen Mom 2 boyfriend was at a North Carolina courthouse to deal with a restraining order his ex-girlfriend, Kenleigh Heatwole, took out against him. The former couple has reportedly resolved the issue. That’s good news for David, who has several other court appearances to attend to. What’s not so great news is how quickly he needs to vacate Heatwole’s property. While Eason has been living elsewhere, his stuff has not. He has two weeks to get his belongings out of her house, and he’ll either need a friend or a police escort to do it.

Kenleigh Heatwole and David Eason came face-to-face in court just three weeks after he was served with a restraining order following their split. The court date was set when Heatwole filed for a temporary order of protection. A judge was set to decide if the order would be extended.
According to the Ashley Reality Roundup Group, which had a reporter in court, Eason’s lawyer and Heatwole met to work out a plan to get him to leave her alone. They agreed that the North Carolina native will line up a pickup date for the belongings he still has at Heatwole’s property within two weeks of the court date. He’ll need to make an appointment and have either a third-party pickup his belongings, or he’ll need a police escort to get the job done. The outlet reports that Heatwole and Eason’s legal representation were happy with the plan, as was the judge. It does not appear that the order of protection was extended.
When did the duo break up?
David Eason and Kenleigh Heatwole seemed to be strangely happy together until they suddenly were not. The couple first went public with their romance in April 2024, just months after Eason’s split from Jenelle Evans. Things appeared fine leading up to the end of the romance, too. On September 1, Heatwole was clearly with Eason on the “land” he was granted in his divorce from Evans. She was poking fun at Evans’ failed business ventures and helping her man clean up his new outbuildings.
By September 4, Heatwole took to X (formerly Twitter) to announce that she and Eason had broken up and she had kicked him out of her house. Heatwole explained that Eason accused her of cheating, though he provided no proof of such exploits. Since then, she’s been keeping followers updated. She posted a video of the 37-year-old being a menace in front of her home. Heatwole has also shared her thoughts and feelings about the end of the romance. She filed for a temporary restraining order on October 2, and it was granted on October 6.
Where is David Eason living now?
David Eason has one added problem when it comes to getting his stuff out of Kneleigh Heatwiole’s house. He has nowhere to put it. The North Carolina native hasn’t had an official residence of his own since his separation from Jenelle Evans back in February 2024. When Evans filed for a legal separation, he headed out of their shared house. He moved onto a broken-down boat the couple owned. He lived on that boat until he moved into Heatwole’s house just weeks after meeting her. They lived together until she sent him packing.
After being dismissed by Heatwole, he headed back to his boat. Thankfully for him, he was awarded the watercraft in his split from Evans. That appears to be where he is living for he time being. Still, it’s getting cold for boat living as the winter rolls in. While it’s unclear if he plans on staying in the non-functional watercraft long term, he did offer his TikTok followers a little tour of the place not long ago. The living quarters looked pretty cramped. We can’t imagine he’ll be able to pack everything he has at Heatwole’s into the boat. We suppose he can use the outbuilding he was awarded in his divorce as an impromptu storage facility for the time being.
