Denise Richards’ Daughter Sami Revealed ‘Huge Worry’ About Getting Her Breast Implants Removed
Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen’s daughter, Sami Sheen, opened up about her decision to get her breast implants removed. The 21-year-old OnlyFans star explained that she began experiencing physical symptoms after getting breast implants in 2022. She has decided that having them removed is her best option, but admittedly worries about the way this could impact her OnlyFans career.

This month, Sheen told her Instagram followers that she was looking for a Los Angeles-based surgeon to remove her breast implants. She believes they’ve been making her sick.
“I’ve been experiencing health issues for nearly 2 years now with the weirdest symptoms and finally discovered that I have breast implant illness,” she wrote in an Instagram Story. “Idk how I haven’t figured this out sooner but I’m so glad to finally have an answer. I’m hoping to get them removed ASAP so I can start feeling better. Pls lmk if you know of any good explant surgeons near LA.”
When asked about her symptoms, Sheen told her followers she believes she has Breast Implant Illness (BII). This can cause fatigue, brain fog, joint and muscle pain, hair loss, weight fluctuation, anxiety, and depression.
“BII often mimics certain autoimmune diseases, but I’m certain it’s my implants because these symptoms started almost immediately after getting them done,” she wrote. “It’s exhausting.”

Sheen is confident that getting her breast implants removed is the right choice.
“I think I just got super unlucky, but I’m also very grateful that I am fortunate enough to get them removed,” she wrote. “I feel awful for all the women that experience this and are stuck with them, cause this illness is no joke. These things are a pain in the ass to deal with. Not worth it at all, but you live and you learn.”
Still, as an OnlyFans creator, she worries about the way this could impact her career.
“That was honestly a huge worry of mine,” she told Us Weekly. “I think I definitely am gonna get a lot of photos of my boobs before I have to say bye to them forever. And I’m gonna stock up on my content and then, after that, once I’m all healed, um, I don’t know. We’ll see.”
Luckily for Sheen, a number of her subscribers have already told her that they will continue to support her.
“I’ve already gotten some messages from my subscribers … saying that they’re gonna stick around no matter what and they don’t care what they look like,” she said. “And it’s nice to hear that I’m still gonna have subscribers even though, like, most of them are probably there for the look I have now.”
She spoke about her cosmetic procedures
Sheen has also gotten a nose job. She said she felt more excited about this than her breast implants.
“Getting my boobs done, I didn’t need it,” she said on the show Denise Richards & Her Wild Things (via People). “I did it because I wanted big boobs, but this is going to change my whole life. I feel so pretty now. Now I feel like I can finally get my headshots done to start modeling. This was the one thing holding me back. Now I got a good nose.”
She said she has also gotten Botox and lip filler.
