Expert Can Tell Meghan Markle Is ‘Bossy’ by Her Feet
Meghan Markle has developed a reputation for being bossy over the past few years. She was dubbed “Duchess Difficult” by her staffers when she was still a working royal. The Palace even opened an investigation following claims that the Duchess of Sussex acted like a bully and ordered people around.
Buckingham Palace never publicly revealed the results of that investigation after it was concluded and the Sussexes denied the allegations, calling it a “smear campaign” against the former Suits star.
But now, an expert says that Meghan’s feet are actually a dead giveaway that yes, she can be pretty “bossy.”

Expert shares analysis about Meghan being ‘bossy’ by looking at her feet
Jane Sheehan is a professional foot reader who has a host of celebrity clients and has been in the business for more than 25 years. She explained that the top of the foot is what you want the world to know, and the bottom is what’s really going on.
When analyzing photos of Meghan’s feet visible in open-toed shoes, Sheehan told the Daily Mail: “It shows that she’s a multitasker. Her little toe is very short which indicates a childlike sense of fun and appreciation of the simple things in life. The other toes are pretty straight, unlike some of the other members of the royal family I have seen.
“To me, that says balance, which doesn’t fit what is portrayed about her in the media. She’s got a mix of qualities. She’s got a very wide top of the foot and a very narrow bottom of the foot. I see this as someone a bit like the Duracell bunny. They keep going and it takes a long time to get them to sit down. But once they do, that’s it. They’re full on or they’re off and not much in between.”
According to Sheehan, “[Meghan] is motivated to help others, has natural leadership qualities, but if she’s not in a leadership role she could become bossy.”
Former employees have said Meghan bosses people around and ‘barks out orders’
“Bossy” is putting it mildly if you ask some who used to work for Meghan.
In a 2024 story published in The Hollywood Reporter, several people who work and have worked for her described the duchess as a “terrible boss” who everyone is “terrified of” and “barks out orders” like a “dictator in high heels.”
Weeks after that report, The Daily Beast spoke to members of the “Sussex Survivors Club.” They labeled Meghan as a “demon boss” saying: “I always thought she was a classic narcissist, and getting her staff to tell a magazine how amazing she is only confirms that in my mind. She is lovely when it is all going her way but a demon when the worm turns.”
Moreover, in Vanity Fair‘s February 2025 cover story, the publication heard from dozens of people who said they “needed therapy” after working with Meghan because of her brutal treatment towards her staffers, saying she’s “really, like, a Mean Girls teenager.”
