It seems like weeks and months have passed without Prince Harry and Meghan Markle making news. So cue a curated PR appearance and a rare photo post for the world to see their daughter Princess Lilibet’s face.

Meghan shared the Valentine’s Day post and photo to generate some buzz before she and her husband attended the 2026 NBA All-Star Game on Feb. 15 and sat courtside, where they made sure cameras couldn’t miss them.

The prince and Suits alum were supposed to be all smiles during their night out as cameras rolled, but an expert noticed signs of “tension” between them.

Inbaal Honigman is a celebrity psychic and body language expert who has been sharing her predictions and expertise in the media for more than two decades. In 2023, she accurately predicted that King Charles would develop an “illness” which would “become public knowledge via an official announcement” in 2024. Now, she’s pointing out what some may have missed during the Sussexes’ outing together.

The former working royals were seen smiling and cheering at some points during the game, and a lip reader noted that they were even joking about the rules of basketball.

Another body language expert, Darren Stanton, also weighed in, saying, “Sometimes we see Harry looking quite ragged or stressed. Here, however, he appears far more cool, calmer, and happier than normal. He’s not always someone who verbally expresses his emotions clearly, so the real insight often comes from his non-verbal cues.”

Honigman believes that something occurred during the game to totally shift the couple’s mood.

She pointed to signs of “frustration” and “tension” between the pair, telling Hello! Magazine that both Harry and Meghan appeared to be holding their own wrists, which showed signs of “tension.” At another point, Harry was seen “curling his fingers,” which also suggests the presence of “tension.”

Honigman added, “Something new happened on this date — Harry and Meghan both used the same non-verbal gesture at the same time! Harry’s hand holds on to his other wrist, and Meghan does the exact same gesture. This move, of holding one’s own wrist, signifies a desire to restrain oneself, and is also a self-soothing gesture. Both of them are showing some frustration, as if there’s something they want to do but they can’t.”

Honigman noted that the gesture was subtly different from how Harry and Meghan usually act “independently from one another even when close together” and display different body language.

This was the duke and duchess’s second sports date night over the last few months, where they had prime viewing seats. On October 28, they attended Game 4 of the World Series between the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Toronto Blue Jays at Dodger Stadium and sat in the very first row in front of Dodgers minority owner Magic Johnson and two-time World Series MVP Sandy Koufax.

Showbiz Cheat Sheet acknowledges that conditions and cultures can impact body language and is sensitive to all backgrounds.
