Farrah Abraham is well-known on social media for making unprovoked and offensive remarks. Most of the time, Teen Mom fans let it go. In fact, most of her targets let it go as well. This time, though, Abraham might have taken it a little too far. Immediately after news that Barbara Evans suffered a stroke last week broke, Abraham took to Instagram to make a crass comment, and followers are livid. While she has been actively feuding with Jenelle Evans in recent weeks, that might not be what led to her heartless comment. Farrah Abraham blames Barbara Evans’ bad parenting for her stroke

Farrah Abraham has made herself more than a few enemies this week. The former Teen Mom star took to Instagram to comment on the news that Barbara Evans, the mother of Abraham’s latest archnemesis, Jenelle Evans, had suffered a stroke. The septuagenarian is expected to make a full recovery, but Farrah decided to chime in anyway.

The former reality TV star-turned-adult entertainer offered no kind words or encouragement. Instead, she suggested Barbara had a stroke because she’s a bad mother and grandmother. She even suggested her “roast” pushed the famed grandmother to have a medical emergency. The story has since expired, but Abrahams is still at it, oddly promoting a trauma center and insisting that “health is wealth,” while trying to appear unbothered by the critics.  

Not long after it was posted, followers took to social media and Reddit to comment on just how insensitive the mother of one was. While Abraham has an ongoing feud with Jenelle Evans, Barbara has been quiet on all fronts and on all topics for years. Looking back, though, there was drama.

Farrah Abraham rarely gives an explanation for her snarky outbursts. She isn’t speaking on why she would poke fun at Barbara Evans’ medical crisis, either. Most fans assume that Abraham simply took her feud with Jenelle Evans a little too far. After all, Evans and Abraham’s feud reignited for seemingly no reason around the same time Barbara was reportedly hospitalized. Things might be a bit more personal than that, though.

Barbara Evans has been critical of Farrah Abraham in the past. She has actively spoken out against her work in the adult entertainment industry. About 10 years ago, MTV launched a little web series featuring Barbara Evans. The webisodes featured the elder Evans offering her take on different topics as she completed household tasks. One episode of Babs Breaks it Down focused on Farrah Abraham, and it was pretty unkind. She lambasted her for her career in pornography and her sex toy line. She even joked about the anatomical correctness of the toys.

While that all happened a decade ago, it would not be out of character for Abraham to work her way back around to an old, dormant grudge when someone was in the news. She posted a scathing overview of Catelynn Lowell’s life months ago for no apparent reason, reminding the world that Catelynn “married her brother.” The review came as Catelynn and Tyler Baltierra were being criticized for their relentless pursuit of contact with the child they put up for adoption 16 years ago.
