Former Escort Files a Lawsuit Against Diddy and Cassie Following Shocking Verdict
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and his defense team were happy with the outcome of his sex trafficking and racketeering trial. While he was convicted on two lesser charges, he avoided a guilty verdict on the counts that carried heavy prison sentences. Diddy’s celebration was short-lived. He still has sentencing, a potential prison term, and dozens of civil lawsuits to attend to. New lawsuits continue to pop up, too. The most recent lawsuit filed against Diddy also targets Cassie Ventura. A former escort with verified interactions with Cassie and Diddy has accused the former flames of serious wrongdoing.
Diddy and Cassie are defendants in a new lawsuit
The drama of Diddy’s day in court is far from over. While the Bad Boy Records icon awaits sentencing, civil lawsuits are still piling up. A shocking federal lawsuit was filed just this week. According to TMZ, male escort Clayton Howard filed a lawsuit against Diddy and Cassie Ventura, accusing the former pair of using him as entertainment to fulfill their sexual fetishes.
In the filing, Howard, who spent five years engaging in sex parties with Cassie and Diddy, claims Cassie manipulated him into having unprotected sex, gave him an STD, and later revealed she had an abortion after she learned she was pregnant with his child. He goes on to claim he was physically harmed and suffered from “tears, skin peeling, and scabbing” on his genitals due to prolonged forced sex and masturbation. His business relationship with Diddy began in 2009.
Howard is seeking $20 million for physical and psychological distress, as well as lost wages. $20 million is the exact sum Ventura received when she settled her lawsuit against Diddy.

The prosecution also used Howard’s travel receipts to prove Diddy paid escorts to travel to him to engage in sex parties. Court testimony from federal special agents confirmed that records and invoices show Combs paid for Howard’s hotel stays and travel expenses.
While it’s clear that Howard was, in fact, involved in Diddy and Cassie’s complicated sex life, it’s still too early to say whether that will be considered a help or a hindrance in his attempt to obtain compensation. Howard’s lawsuit is just one of dozens Diddy still has to address. It’s the first time Cassie has been sued by another victim, though. Neither Didd
