After confirming that she did not, in fact, decline a proposal, while flashing an engagement ring, she opened up about her life in the bedroom. While Halle Berry is an Oscar-winning actor, she’s no longer acting in the bedroom. Things are much more communicative there these days.

Berry sat down for a chat with Dr. Emily Morse on the Sex with Emily podcast and got real about the things she refuses to do in the bedroom these days. Berry revealed that at 59 years old, she is over putting the ego of her sexual partner above her own needs. She is no longer faking orgasms. Berry said faking satisfaction in the past led her to stare at the ceiling, thinking, “What the hell?”
Berry didn’t delve into who she was faking it with. She also didn’t reveal when she quit offering performances in the bedroom. Still, she’s had several pretty contentious and messy splits. While she was pretty eager to throw shade at her ex, David Justice, a few months back after he made comments related to their short-lived marriage, she didn’t name any names this time.

While Berry has been tight-lipped about the six-year-long romance, she’s letting fans in a bit more recently. At the very least, she is confirming that she and Hunt are engaged and that she would happily marry the man. She revealed that while she accepted a proposal, and a nice ring to go with it, they have not yet set a date.
Halle Berry and Van Hunt met through mutual friends in 2020. They made things Instagram official in September 2020. Hunt joined Berry on the red carpet for the first time in 2021. Since then, Berry has described Hunt as the love of her life. Still, she has shied away from confirming an engagement until now. Rumors have been swirling that the pair are set to walk down the aisle since 2022. There are no wedding plans yet.
