Hospitalized ‘Blind Side’ Actor Learns His ‘Wife’ Is Married to Another Man
Just a few weeks after Quinton Aaron had a serious fall at his home and was hospitalized, there has been some encouraging news on his condition.
The Blind Side actor’s family told TMZ that Aaron is now on the road to recovery from a spinal stroke, saying that he is “awake, fully alert and successfully doing things like practicing writing, solving puzzles, and even has feeling in his legs again.”
However, the publication noted that his family has broken the news to him that his “wife” is married to someone else.
His family members have been worried about a woman named Margarita, who they believe misrepresented herself as Aaron’s legal wife in order make “crucial medical decisions.”
Aaron has referred to Margarita as his “wife” in a number of social media posts, and she insisted that they entered into “a spiritual marriage.” She did admit that she does not have power of attorney and cannot make medical decisions on Aaron’s behalf though.
Days after his fall, Margarita, who says she works as a makeup artist and registered nurse, shared a post to Aaron’s Facebook, thanking everyone for “the numerous prayers for my husband. I really appreciate you all.”
In a statement to TMZ, Aaron’s family explained, “We have raised some suspicions about the legitimacy of Quinton & Margarita’s ‘marriage’ to each other as well as her legitimacy as a registered nurse. We have found some alarming details.”
Despite Margarita’s claim about being “spiritually married,” Aaron’s family has informed him that she is actually married to another man. The news is said to have “disappointed” and saddened the actor, but he is focused on his recovery above all else.
