Famed wrestler Hulk Hogan died in July 2025, sending shockwaves through the professional wrestling community. Hogan, whose legal name was Terry Gene Bollea, had a complicated relationship with his children and his former romantic partners. His death, from a heart attack at age 71, led to many questions about his estate and how it would be split. The dividing of assets turned out to be less complicated than expected. Six months after the wrestler’s death, his estate seems to be well on its way to being settled. Now Hulk Hogan’s Clearwater mansion is up for sale.

Hulk Hogan’s Clearwater mansion will hit the real estate market

Six months after Hulk Hogan’s death, his estate is ready to part with the mansion he called home for over a decade. TMZ has reported that the beachfront home will be listed for just under $11 million. According to the outlet, Martha Thorne, a longtime friend of the professional wrestler, is the listing agent.

While the majestic property was Hulk Hogan’s attempt to “downsize” his lifestyle years ago, it remains an incredibly impressive estate. The house has private beachfront access, with clear views of the Gulf of Mexico. It offers five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms spread across 5,400 square feet of living space. The exterior is just as gorgeous as the interior, with a pool and well-manicured grounds that make the home a comfortable space for entertaining.

The pro wrestler had lived in the home since 2012

According to the Tampa Bay Times, Hulk Hogan purchased the home back in 2012 for $3.3 million. The purchase was an attempt to “downsize” following his divorce and subsequent financial issues. Hogan moved into the home with his second wife in May 2012, shortly after selling his Belleair estate for $19 million under his initial asking price. The 17,000-square-foot estate ultimately sold for $6.5 million.

The Clearwater home saw Hogan through his second divorce and his third marriage before his death. It is unclear who will profit from the home’s sale, but it’s likely his widow, Sky Daily, will walk away with the proceeds. Hulk Hogan’s estranged daughter, Brooke Hogan, requested that her name be removed from her father’s will. She was not included in the division of assets. His son, Nick Hogan, appears to have settled his portion of the estate.

Sky Daily married Hulk Hogan in 2023, two years after his split from his second wife, Jennifer McDaniel. Daily was in the home when Hulk Hogan suffered a heart attack and ultimately died at an area hospital on July 24, 2025.
