Tucked away in the Philadelphia suburb of New Hope, far away from the Hollywood glare of Los Angeles and the prying papparazzi in New York, is where Yolanda Hadid has called home for years. But now Bella and Gigi’s mom is saying goodbye to the 30-acre farm she has owned since 2017.

The property was listed for $10.88 million in September, and by early October, an offer had been made. However, Hadid may not be leaving just yet.

Here’s more on that.

Hadid’s emotional tribute to the farm she called home for years

On Oct. 30, 2025, Hadid posted several photos and video clips on the grounds of her beautiful Pennsylvania residence.

“The farm feels so sacred this time of the year, nature’s magical reminder that beauty lives in every chapter, even in the ones where we let go,” she wrote. “Each falling leaf feels like a blessing, a reminder to trust the rhythm of life, and every golden hour feels like a love letter from the land.”

She added that it was a privilege to experience the beauty of the farm and to call it the family home with her three children, adding, “Standing here, I feel so much gratitude for the lessons, the stillness, and for the privilege of having called this sacred land our home.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s goodbye tribute may not be goodbye just yet. That’s because Realtor.com noted that as of Nov. 6, the estate was back on the market, indicating that the earlier deal had fallen through.

A look inside the farmhouse

The sprawling 32-acre farm was one where the family was able to have privacy whenever they wanted. In fact, Hadid referred to it as her “sanctuary.”

After purchasing it, she explained, “I needed to get away from the noise of city life. I longed for a sanctuary where I could heal and reconnect with Mother Earth just the way I grew up in Holland. When I found the farm, I instantly fell in love … there were no gates at that time so I parked on the main road and walked down the long driveway, the energy was unbelievable. I instantly knew I was home even before I saw the buildings.”

The estate’s historic main farmhouse was originally built in 1810. It features three bedrooms, five bathrooms, and five fireplaces throughout. There are also three additional cottages on the property. Plus, a stone barn that was built in 1776 and was initially used as a “working agricultural structure” has been transformed into an 8,000-square-foot “entertainment space and gym.” Moreover, another flat barn now operates as an equestrian facility.

Some of the other outdoor amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, a meditation labyrinth, and vegetable gardens.

After buying the farm in 2017, Hadid really made it her own and designed the interior herself, blending “historic character with bright, functional, and modern finishes.” And outside, she restored fields of lavender and oversaw a redesign of several of the structures that sit on the land.
