Inside Kylie Jenner’s Concrete Mansion She’s Selling for $48 Million
Just like her famous siblings, Kylie Jenner has a few places she calls home.
Her impressive real estate portfolio includes a 13,200-square-foot Cape Cod–style mansion, a $13.5 million Beverly Hills abode, a 15,500-square-foot Palm Springs property, her newly-constructed gigantic 18,000-square-foot Hidden Hills house, and a Holmby Hills compound.
Jenner recently decided to list the Holmby Hills home she’s owned since 2020 for a cool $48 million. Read on to find out exactly what that amount of money buys.
In April 2020, the reality TV star and Khy founder purchased the home for $35 million. But now that all the construction has been completed on her Hidden Hills megamansion, Jenner is making that her primary residence and saying goodbye to her concrete compound.
With such a steep asking price, many are wondering what Jenner’s house has to offer. Well, it’s a concrete, industrial-modern 15,350-square-foot single-story mansion with seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. The estate is set back behind 12-foot security and privacy walls and consists of a main house and a few separate guest apartments, also built out of concrete.
Some of the property’s amenities include a chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a game room with a pool table and full bar, a home theater with stadium seating, walls of glass that slide open, a home gym, and a TV-topped fireplace, and that’s just the inside.
Outside, you’ll find a courtyard, a large pool, a spa, a dining area, a fire pit, an outdoor theater area, and a sports court for pickleball or basketball.
So, if you have an extra $48 million lying around, then this home could be yours.
