Insider Claims Pink and Carey Hart Have Split Months After He Issued a Public Apology to His Wife
Pink and Carey Hart have been a fan-favorite Hollywood couple for decades. The pair, who met at the 2001 Summer X Games, haven’t had the easiest relationship, though. Both Pink and Hart have admitted to experiencing some major ups and downs in their romance, and it looks like they’ve hit a new low. Insiders claim the couple has split up for a second time in their 20-year marriage. The separation comes just months after Hart issued a very public apology to his wife.

It looks like Pink and Carey Hart have more relationship drama to work through. An insider speaking to People has revealed that the pair has separated. While the insider claims the couple is living apart, no divorce paperwork has been filed yet. Neither Hart nor Pink has issued a statement on the news.
If the longtime partners have split, it will be the second time in their marriage. They separated in 2008 after just two years of marriage, and even started divorce proceedings. They called off the divorce the following year and insisted they were working together to make it work. Things have been relatively quiet since, though both Hart and Pink have admitted to tough moments.
The split comes less than a year after Carey Hart’s ICU stay
Carey Hart and Pink have never suggested their romance has been all smooth sailing. Aside from a public split back in 2008, the pair are apparently well-versed in the world of arguments and apologies. While they keep things mostly private, they aren’t above sharing some of their crazier stories publicly. Pink once chronicled how she ended up with stitches after she tried to slash Hart’s tires during a Thanksgiving argument.
The most public apology issued by one of the former lovebirds actually came just months ago. Back in May 2025, Hart took to social media to issue a public apology to his wife after a pretty major motocross accident landed him in the hospital.
In a post showing off a surgical wound, Hart revealed that he injured himself while practicing and was transported to a hospital, where he learned his small intestine had been severed from his colon. While he insisted he was on the mend, the staples and drain suggested the injury was pretty serious. He downplayed the injury, but it actually landed him in the ICU.
In the post, he thanked Pink for stepping up and taking charge, before apologising for putting her through the drama of yet another serious injury. The update came just weeks after the motocross star returned to the track after a prolonged absense after a previous injury. In 2020, he had rotator cuff surgery and has had multiple bone breaks and major injuries over the course of his career.
