Janelle Brown Updates Followers on her North Carolina Construction Project
Sister Wives fans are just now watching Janelle Brown wrap up her life and move across the country to start a new one on the Brown family’s hit TLC show. The series is still a bit behind current times. While the move has been great for her personally, it’s done little to shore up her relationship with Christine Brown. In recent episodes, it appears that the former family members are no longer besties. While Janelle hasn’t brought us up to speed on how her relationship with Christine is going in real-time, she is filling fans in on the goings-on at her property in North Carolina. She just dropped a construction update that has followers super excited for the mother of six. A house is being built, and it is being built quickly. The progress stands in stark contrast to the family’s failed plans in Flagstaff.
A brand new house is being built as part of that dream
Janelle Brown’s business is getting off the ground, and so is the home she has planned. Janelle has shared random updates about her North Carolina property multiple times since moving to the East Coast state in 2024. The most exciting updates have come just recently, though. Janelle has broken ground on her new house.
On November 5, Janelle took to Instagram to share a photo of the progress at her home. The construction project is officially underway, and all four exterior walls are now in place. The interior is also mapped out. While the project is still just beams and she’s still quite far from being able to inhabit the space, the progress is actually quite impressive. Just a few weeks ago, she took to the platform to celebrate having a floor. The foundation for the house was only poured at the beginning of October.
Fans are struck by how different the experience is, and so is Janelle
Janelle Brown is celebrating the progress on her new home. In recent updates, she has revealed that it symbolizes a whole new chapter in her life. In one social media upload, she said that this house feels like her “first” real home, as it is the house she was able to choose and design to fit her needs rather than the needs of a large polygamist family. Janelle will be living at the property solo. Her daughter, son-in-law, and their four children are building a home on the same acreage.
Fans who watched her struggle to get the rest of the Browns on board with moving forward on the Coyote Pass property have been struck by how different the experience has been for her, too. Without Kody and Robyn Brown stopping progress, Janelle is truly able to accomplish things. Fans aren’t sure when they’ll see her in her new home. Still, they are certainly excited to see everything she’s picked out. From the looks of it, it will be sooner rather than later.
