During a recent performance in Warsaw, Poland, Lopez was thanking the audience when her skirt fell off. She looked shocked for a moment before posing in the tight spandex underneath.
As she continued to perform and dance on the stage, a dancer rushed up behind her to reattach the skirt. All the while, Lopez laughed with the audience.

Lopez has faced a great deal of online backlash over the past year, but fans are praising her for this moment. They believe she handled the wardrobe mishap in the best way possible.

“Jennifer is meticulous about her eating, sleeping and generally about everything in her life,” Kirsch told Vogue. “It’s not just a physical thing — it’s about transforming every aspect of your life.”
He shared the exercises they do to keep building her leg muscles.
“Jennifer and I do a lot of platypus walks with a wide stance, also known as a sumo walking squat,” he said. “It’s great for your inner thighs and butt.”
She also does boxing and Pilates, making her approach to fitness very well-rounded.
“We mix some cardio, plyometrics, full body, core and lower body into her workouts — they are very, very intense and she takes it very seriously, which is exciting for someone like me.”
