Jess Edwards was a major focus of the Bachelor in Paradise season opener last week. The show suggested Edwards was very torn between Spencer Conley and Sam McKinney heading into the first rose ceremony. Some fans would have called the situation a “love triangle.” Despite that, Edwards ultimately decided to move forward with Conley, sending McKinney packing. While Jesse Palmer, host of the iconic dating competition, insisted he was shocked that Sam McKinney was heading home so soon, Edwards insists he shouldn’t have been. She recently opened up about the “love triangle,” and revealed that there never really was any competition.

Jess Edwards said there was “no comparison” when it came to Spencer and Sam

Jess Edwards may have looked conflicted about who to choose on Bachelor in Paradise, but that was apparently a fleeting issue. Edwards recently revealed that she was never all that conflicted, and there certainly wasn’t an early competition “love triangle” between her and Sam McKinney and Spencer Conley.

Edwards appeared on Bachelor Happy Hour shortly after the season premiere of Bachelor in Paradise, and she dished on her love triangle. Edwards made it clear that she was all-in on Conley from day 1, but accepted a date from Sam McKinney because she came there to play the game. She even revealed she cleared the date with Conley before accepting an invite from McKinney. Edwards admitted that she enjoyed the date. Still, she was thinking about how to get back and hang out with Spencer. She said she was only conflicted before the rose ceremony because she didn’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings.

Are Jess and Spencer together?

While we are still early into Bachelor in Paradise, the spark between Jess Edwards and Spencer Conley is obvious and strong. Their connection appears so strong that fans are already discussing whether the couple is together in real time. We don’t have official confirmation yet. Still, rumors are circulating that the couple has taken their relationship to the next level.
