Jessi and Jordan Ngatikaura: Divorce Rumors Intensify as They List Massive Utah Home for Sale
The cast of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives has delivered marriage drama from the very beginning. Since the show premiered, several cast members have either separated or spoken openly about their previous divorces. While Taylor Frankie Paul’s relationship woes have taken center stage in previous seasons, focus has since shifted to Jessi and Jordan Ngatikaura. The couple has been battling divorce rumors for months, and while they’ve insisted they are working on their marriage in season 3 of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, a real estate move has some fans questioning if divorce is on the horizon.
A real estate listing has fans pretty certain a split is coming
Jessi and Jordan Ngatikaura have insisted just recently that they are still working on their marriage, but a recent real estate listing has some fans questioning if the duo is quietly untangling themselves from each other. It wouldn’t be particularly unheard of for a couple to list a shared property for sale ahead of calling it quits.
According to Realtor, the Ngatikaura listed their home for sale on or around November 13, 2025, for $2.49 million. The home features six bedrooms and five bathrooms spread across nearly 7,000 square feet of living space. Outside, a new owner can enjoy an inground pool and half an acre of land. The property offers all the modern conveniences anyone could want and is close to the Sundance and Salt Lake City areas.
While listing the home at any time would have prompted fans to question the couple’s relationship status, the listing date coincides with the premiere of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. That fact has caused extra suspicion. Sure, it’s possible the couple is planning to start fresh in a new house. Still, fans are convinced it really means a divorce announcement is on the way. Neither occurrence would shock us.
Why does everyone think they are headed for divorce?
While Jessi and Jordan Ngatikaura insist that they are working on their marriage, fans of the hit Hulu show have long suspected their union is deeply troubled. They have confirmed that. Divorce rumors are nothing new, either. Fans have been speculating about the health of their marriage for more than a year. Back in May, Jessi opened up about her marriage during an appearance on The Vaill Files. During the interview, she admitted that there was tension with Jordan. Still, she insisted that she and Jordan were not headed for divorce. She refused to confirm or deny affair rumors during that appearance. Her words did little to instill confidence in their relationship.
More recently, the couple sat down in the premiere of season 3 and admitted that they had dealt with some infidelity in their marriage. Jessi admitted to kissing Marciano Brunette. Brunette is famed for his work on Vanderpump Villa and the show’s crossover with The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. Brunette had previously discussed his connection with Jessi, though she denied it at the time.
The Ngatikauras also admitted to having briefly separated after the affair, but they insist they have recommitted to their marriage. Fans are expected to see the strife play out in season 3 of the series.
