The couple’s divorce has been finalized, and they appear to be in agreement on just about everything. Their divorce has been largely uneventful, at least publicly. That might be because both Cash and Jessica have long since moved on from each other. Both have been actively dating other people since announcing their breakup.

Jessica Alba has been the talk of the town since the Super Bowl, where she appeared looking exactly as she did 20 years ago. While everyone was busy talking about how youthful she still looks, she was busy in court closing the book on her marriage. According to TMZ, Jessica Alba and Cash Warren finalized their divorce on February 13. The former couple has reached an agreement on child custody and asset division. Alba is paying Warren $3 million in two payments to even things out. The end of their marriage appears to have been as calm as their separation. There has been surprisingly little drama during the split.

Warren and Alba’s split might have been so amicable because there doesn’t appear to have been any major betrayal that facilitated the end of the marriage. After they filed for divorce in early 2025, several insiders claimed the couple had simply grown apart and struggled to maintain the spark in their marriage. It appears that the romantic aspect of their life together had ended long before they filed for divorce.

While Warren took to Instagram at one point in 2025 to note he had a trying and difficult year, both he and Alba are rebounding from the end of their marriage just fine. They have both been linked to new partners before their divorce was finalized.

The duo has been spotted holding hands and engaging in some PDA around Los Angeles since they were first spotted together. Much like Alba, Warren didn’t seem interested in keeping his new romance discreet as they finalized the divorce.
