Jessica Alba recently stepped out at the star-studded Baby2Baby gala in an elegant dress with a new romance by her side. Months after ending her marriage to producer Cash Warren, Alba and actor Danny Ramirez made a stylish couple at the event. Here’s everything you need to know about her outfit and her new beau.

On Nov. 8, stars came out in droves for the Baby2Baby gala at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood. The fundraiser raises millions each year to help children living in poverty.
Alba was one of the many famous attendees. She looked timelessly chic in a strapless black dress with a crossed sash, creating a drop-waist effect. Alba accessorized the look with a diamond Panthère de Cartier necklace and matching diamond earrings.
“Such a beautiful night at the @Baby2Baby Gala – I’m so proud of Baby2Baby’s critical work providing basic essentials to over one million children in need across the country every year,” Alba wrote on Instagram. “Last night, we honored @serenawilliams with The Giving Tree Award – and raised $19.5M (!!) to continue this critical work. Grateful to be part of such an incredible community.”

Alba attended the gala with Ramirez, and both of them posted pictures of the other on their Instagram accounts. They were first linked this July after a vacation in Mexico.
“She is having a lot of fun in this new era,” a source told Us Weekly. “It’s not serious, but she is enjoying time with him.”
Though they’ve been spotted together for months now, they have only now made their relationship official on social media. They made their relationship red carpet official at the premiere of the film Valentina at the Mill Valley Film Festival in October.

Alba’s new relationship comes just months after filing for divorce from Warren. The pair married in 2008 and share three children.
“I’ve been on a journey of self realization and transformation for years — both as an individual and in partnership with Cash,” she wrote on Instagram in January (via People). “I’m proud of how we’ve grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals. We are moving forward with love and kindness and respect for each other and will forever be family. Our children remain our highest priority and we request privacy at this time.”
Alba filed for divorce on Feb. 7, 2025. In the months since their split, Warren has been spotted with 20-year-old actor Seanna Pereira and 25-year-old model Hana Sun Doerr. Just days before the Baby2Baby gala, he stepped out with a mystery date in West Hollywood.
