Josh Allen is Selling His Dana Point Home Months After Tying the Knot
Josh Allen’s life is changing quickly. The NFL star signed a contract extension, got engaged, and tied the knot, all in the last 12 months. He isn’t done changing things up in 2025, though. Josh Allen, who married Hailee Steinfeld in May, is officially looking to sell the California property he has called home in the off-season. The signal caller listed his Dana Point home for sale on July 3, and he’s looking to take home a profit after owning it for just two years.
Josh Allen lists his California bachelor pad for sale
Josh Allen has gained one wife, but he’s looking to get rid of one house. Allen listed his Dana Point, California home for sale on July 3. Allen paid over $7 million for the luxury property in 2023. According to Realtor, the 2,808-square-foot property is situated in a gated community. The home comes with a membership to a private beach club. Allen listed the property for $8.5 million.
While Allen is looking to get rid of his California bachelor pad, he’s not cutting ties with the Golden State. The signal caller was born and raised in California and appears dedicated to maintaining a residence there. While rumors are swirling that he’s looking to purchase in Malibu, his wife already owns an expansive property in California. Steinfeld purchased a massive 9,000-square-foot home in Encino in 2021. She paid $7.98 million for the home.
Where does Josh Allen live during the NFL season?
While Josh Allen heads home to California during the off-season, he lives clear across the country when the NFL season is in full swing. While Allen seems to prefer California, he’s also made himself at home in New York. Apparently, Allen has always been committed to playing in New York long-term. He purchased a property just minutes from Highmark Stadium as soon as he was drafted. He still calls the property home.
According to Sports Illustrated, Allen took advantage of Western New York’s reasonable real estate prices and purchased an Orchard Park home for $659,000 in 2018. The home’s four bedrooms and five bathrooms are spread across nearly 4,000 square feet of living space, which is surely more than enough for Allen during the football season. The abode also includes 15 acres of land and a pool, although he’s likely not getting a ton of use out of the pool considering the region’s blustry temperatures for most of the year. Allen will likely be back in New York in just a couple of weeks; training camp begins at the end of July in Rochester. The Buffalo Bills are kicking off their season on September 7.
