Anna Duggar mostly keeps her family life private, now that her husband, Josh Duggar, is in prison. The mother of seven mostly shut down her social media after a couple of failed attempts to defend her convicted felon husband. She’s returned, sort of, and Duggar family followers have even peeped her kids on her new Instagram profile. The account isn’t for showing off her family photos or sharing mom content. Instead, Anna is featuring some of her kids in Instagram posts intended to sell puppies. She registered a dog breeding business last year.

Anna Duggar has resurfaced on Instagram, sort of. The mother of seven shut down her own Instagram account years ago. She is now active on a business Instagram account. While she’s not showing off her own face, she’s more than happy to show her kids, if it means she can sell a golden retriever puppy or two.
Last week, she took to her Golden Grove Pups Instagram page to share a video of her two youngest daughters handling two young puppies. While she didn’t identify the girls, they appear to be Maryella Duggar and Madyson Duggar. The girls were born in 2019 and 2021, respectively. Madyson joined the family mere weeks before Josh Duggar was convicted of possessing and receiving child pornography. More recently, she featured another one of her four daughters. Duggar family followers believe it is Meredith Duggar showing off new puppies in a recent post.
Two of Anna Duggar’s sons appeared in old uploads, but their faces were largely obscured. Missing from the most recent posts is Mackynzie Duggar, the eldest daughter of the family. Michael, Marcus, and Mason are not seen in the recent uploads either, but that could change.
When did the mother of seven start selling dogs?
Anna Duggar filed paperwork in May 2024 to establish a business called Golden Grove Pups, LLC in Tontitown, Arkansas. The venture, which is registered to the family compound owned by her in-laws Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, appears to be a dog breeding enterprise. Anna had previously shown no interest in breeding dogs, nor did a pet appear in any of her Instagram uploads before Josh Duggar’s arrest and conviction for child pornography.
The business was established in May 2024, and the Instagram account featuring the Duggar kids was launched the following month. While Anna is careful not to include herself in the photos, she uploaded videos, including ones with her children, steadily from June 2024 until October 2024. The page went quiet until this month. Now, the account has returned with new puppies and, from the looks of it, a new location.
Where is Anna Duggar living now?
Anna Duggar and her seven children’s living situation has been nothing short of a mystery. It was largely assumed that since Josh Duggar’s arrest and conviction, they were staying with the Duggar family on their Tontitown compound. Earlier this summer, rumors swirled that Jim Bob Duggar used some of the money generated from a recent land sale to purchase a home for Anna and her kids. He sold a large parcel of land to Walmart for over $4 million.
There is no concrete evidence to suggest Anna has moved out of the Tontitown compound she shared with her in-laws. Still, the rumored new property would certainly work for a dog breeding operation. Aside from offering plenty of privacy and space, the home also features a barn that includes horse stalls. Although the family doesn’t own horses, the facility could serve as a kennel. According to Realtor.com, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar purchased the property for $1 million in April 2025. The new space could explain why Anna has opted to resurrect a business that appeared dormant for many months.
