In honor of his wedding anniversary, Justin Bieber shared a list of his family’s rules on his Instagram account. The list reveals ten values that the family tries to follow. Fans have examined the list and expressed major doubts that either Justin or Hailey Bieber follows one of the rules.

In an Instagram post, Justin shared the image of a framed list of rules for “the Bieber family.” The list includes ten items, revealing the family’s values.
“We value Rest as Worship,” reads the first item on the list. “We value Generosity and graciously giving time, money, and respect to people on our path,” reads another item.
The list concludes with “We value Life as a gift and practice daily gratitude for the day that has been given to us,” and “We value HUMAN beings and believe in their dignity and eternal worth.”

The items on the list are relatively broad goals, so it’s difficult for fans to tell if the family follows them. There’s one rule that fans feel confident the couple isn’t following, though. The sixth rule reads, “We value Sustainability and creating products that serve humanity.” Fans have expressed doubt.
“Lol they ‘value sustainability.’” wrote one Reddit user.
Both Justin and Hailey have brands, which many people pointed out in the comments. While Hailey’s beauty brand, Rhode, has a sustainability pledge, people still don’t seem convinced.
“Okay but how does a cellphone case that holds lipstick that you change to match your outfits encourage sustainability lol,” wrote one person.
“Yeah I’m sure those plastic shoes he sells are super sustainable,” wrote one person.
Several people also poked fun at the idea that beauty products and clothing “serve humanity.”
He celebrated his seventh wedding anniversary
Justin posted the list of rules in honor of his seventh wedding anniversary. The couple wed in 2018 in a small civil ceremony before holding a larger wedding the following year. They wanted a more traditional wedding because having a religious ceremony was important to them.
“It was all flawless and absolutely magical. They were thrilled to have their families and friends in South Carolina. It meant more than they imagined,” a source told People. “Although they were already married, their religious wedding ceremony was very important. It now feels more official for them.”
Their ceremony took place at the Montage Palmetto Bluff in South Carolina.
“Everything happened the exact way it was supposed to, I really believe that,” Haley said. “Even all the little mishaps that might’ve happened and us stumbling over our words, whatever it was, I think that it was so meant to be.”
During the reception, Justin serenaded Hailey in front of their friends and family members.
“We were at the wedding and realized that I had never been a ‘One Less Lonely Girl’ that got sang to, so everybody insisted that I get brought up on stage,” she said in the documentary Justin Bieber: Seasons. “I was, like, giddy, like as if it was really happening onstage and it was just so silly and cute.”
The couple renewed their vows in 2024.
