The Princess of Wales (formerly known as Kate Middleton) just stepped out for a public engagement the same day Victoria Beckham’s new Netflix docuseries dropped. And many fans couldn’t help but notice what the princess did to show her support for the former Spice Girl.

For her visit to the Home-Start Oxford to learn about the charity’s work supporting parents through the challenges of family life, Kate wore a striking olive green Victoria Beckham pantsuit. Because Kate is the future queen and all of her wardrobe choices are intentional, fans became convinced that her decision to wear something by the designer on this day was definitely a nod to Mrs. Beckham.

One fan on X, wrote, “Catherine has this great ability to make bold statements without saying a word,” while another said, “Catherine … queen of messaging through clothing! Love this.”

“The best use of royal influence,” a third opined.

A fourth chimed in, “I love that Catherine stepped out in her Victoria Beckham suit on the day that her documentary came out. Definitely one way to support Victoria!”

And a fifth added, “It’s such a lovely gesture from the Princess of Wales to support Victoria Beckham by wearing her suit on the day #VictoriaBeckhamNetflix launched.”

It’s really no surprise that Kate would show support for Victoria, after all, the Beckhams have been friends of the royal family for years and were guests at the Wales’ wedding in 2011. Moreover, David Beckham was recently knighted by King Charles, which now makes Victoria “Lady Beckham.”

Victoria Beckham is streaming now on Netflix.
