Kim Kardashian Buys Another Mansion as Ex-Kanye West Sells Off Another Home
Kim Kardashian and her ex-husband have both been making real estate transitions recently. While the SKIMS founder has added another home to her portfolio, the “Gold Digger” hitmaker has unloaded one of his properties.
Kardashian has spoken out about the challenges of co-parenting with her ex and the reports that he doesn’t get to see their kids often. While discussing the topic, she brought up how he was supposed to move into a house next door to her to be closer to their children.
Kim insisted that she’s given Kanye every opportunity to be present, explaining, “It’s a divorce, not a kidnapping. We haven’t left. We’re in the same spot and we have the same address, so he knows where his kids are at. What happened to the house that you bought next door, and we were going to co-parent and do a back and forth where you take them to school every day?”
Now, more than three years after their divorce was finalized, it’s not West, but Kardashian that is buying a house next door to her $60 million mega mansion.
Kardashian buys new home next to her mansion
Just before her 45th birthday on Oct. 21, Kardashian closed on $7 million house next to her own Hidden Hills mansion where she and her four children currently reside.
According to TMZ, Kardashian is going to use the new 4,945-square-foot, four-bedroom, five-bathroom abode as an extension of her existing residence.
The outlet claimed, “Kardashian is planning to use the property to expand her primary residence, which has already been undergoing extensive renovations over the past year, it is unclear whether she is going to demolish the dwelling or use it as an additional guesthouse.”
Kardashian’s mega mansion has doubled in size she bought it back in 2014, thanks to all the renovations she put into it. Some of it’s amenities include a private tennis court, a pool and spa, a gym, a huge walk-in closet and a dressing area, and its own hair and makeup salon.
West sells Wyoming ranch back to its original owners
As for West, he has decided to sell his second Wyoming ranch. It’s been reported that the “Famous” rapper was having money woes and sold the ranch back to its original owners, the Flitner family, for $14 million. West purchased the sprawling 6,713-acre Bighorn Mountain Ranch in 2019, a few months after he purchased his 3,885-acre Monster Lake Ranch.
“It was not listed publicly at first,” Pam Flitner told the Cowboy State Daily. “It was just honestly a fluke that we found out it was listed, and then it was taken down again. But we went ahead and got ahold of the realtor, and it was kind of a rush thing, because it sounded like the people who they were flying in to look at it, a lot of them were speculators. So, we were really worried that someone would get it and then turn it into a giant subdivision.”
“Unlike Monster Ranch, he did not knock down any of the buildings. I think his original intent for the Mountain Ranch might have been somewhere that his family could go and be away from the rest of the world.”
The record of the sale was notarized by West’s wife, Bianca Censori.
