Kroy Biermann Jr. has been arrested
Kroy Biermann Jr., the teenage son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann Sr., is in hot water. The teen was arrested on August 17 and remains in police custody. According to TMZ, the teen faces charges connected with an April 2026 incident at a local gym. According to reports, a teenage girl was taken to North Fulton Hospital, alleging that Biermann Jr. had sexually assaulted her.
The alleged victim told investigators that the incident occurred while the two were hanging out. Court documents show that an officer began attempting to reach Kroy Biermann Sr. in May and ultimately spoke with him. The elder Biermann told police that he would discuss the matter with the younger Biermann’s mother. It is unclear if he ever did. Neither Zolciak nor Biermann has issued a statement following the arrest.
The elder Biermann and Zolciak’s other children, who vary in age from 29 to 12, have not commented on the shocking arrest. Zolciak’s eldest children, Brielle and Ariana, were adopted by Biermann Sr. after his marriage to Zolciak. They welcomed their four younger children together during their romance.
