Her new love comes with a contentious divorce battle of his own, and now Zolciak will need to answer some questions. The former reality TV star has agreed to answer questions in Kyle Mowitz’s $100 million divorce after unsuccessfully trying to fight a subpoena.

Kim Zolciak has finally agreed to sit down and answer questions in the divorce case of her new beau. Zolciak is expected in court to answer financial questions in the divorce case of Kyle Mowitz and Jillian Greene. Mowitz is the man Zolciak has been dating for nearly a year, and it looks like Greene is mostly interested in what Mowitz has been doing financially for Zolciak since they met.
TMZ is reporting that Zolciak and Greene ironed out a deal to ensure her deposition remains entirely private. Greene’s legal team had previously requested information about loans, gifts given to Zolciak, and any holidays Zolciak spent with Mowitz. It is unclear how much information she’s agreed to share, or when the deposition will take place. Despite the agreement, Zolciak still appears to be dating Mowitz.

Zolciak was subpoenaed in the court case, but tried to wiggle her way out of appearing. The former reality TV star theorized that because she and Mowitz did not meet and begin dating until after he was separated, she had nothing to share with the courts. Apparently, that isn’t the case, but it has led to questions about their relationship timeline.
In an odd and slightly dramatic twist, the world only learned about her new romance when Jillian Greene subpoenaed her in her divorce proceedings. TMZ was first to report the news. She and Mowitz were keeping things pretty quiet until then. Apparently, by the time the world learned of their relationship in October 2025, she and Moitz had already been together several months. They had grown serious about each other by that point, too.
The new romance began more than a year and a half after her split from Kroy Biermann. They started dating in April or May 2025, just two months after Mowitz filed for divorce from Greene. The former flames had been separated since 2024, though. The divorce is ongoing. Zolciak and Biermann’s divorce is still ongoing, despite having filed in 2023.
