Kim Zolciak’s Name Has Been Dragged Into Another Contentious Divorce
Kim Zolciak’s divorce from Kroy Biermann has been among the most dramatic in Bravo history, but Zolciak apparently has room for more courtroom showdowns. The reality TV personality has found herself a new man, and he has some messy divorce dealings too. The relationship seems to be heating up quickly because Zolciak is now involved in his divorce, or, at the very least, his estranged wife would like her to be.
Who is Kim Zolciak dating?
Kim Zolciak is in a new relationship. While the former The Real Housewives of Atlanta star was apparently trying to keep her romance quiet, she alluded to a mystery man months ago. According to several sources, Richards is officially in a serious relationship with Kyle Mowitz, the CEO of Imperium Blue, a property development and wealth management company.
Zolciak and Mowitz reportedly started dating in April, long after they both split from their partners. It’s unclear when Mowitz and his wife separated, but Zolciak and Biermann announced their plans to split in May 2023. The duo was married for 11 years when they decided to break up. Since then, the proceedings have been exceptionally messy, with massive financial issues and trash talk holding things up.
She’s getting roped into his divorce
Kim Zolciak’s new boyfriend has some unfinished marriage business of his own; he’s also in the process of getting divorced. It sounds like his split is going just as amicably as Zolciak’s. Kyle Mowitz’s estranged wife, Jillian Green, has accused her estranged spouse of hiding assets and refusing her access to a family trust she contributed to. Now she wants to know what type of gifts and financial help Mowitz is offering to his new love.
According to court records, Zolciak has been subpoenaed in Mowitz’s divorce. Green’s legal team is requesting all correspondence and financial information pertaining to the couple’s relationship. Green wants to know where they traveled and how the accommodations were paid for. She also wants a list of gifts Mowitz may have given his new girlfriend. Zolciak has argued against getting involved, and Mowitz’s legal team backs her. His lawyers contend that since Zolciak and Mowitz didn’t start dating until after his separation from his estranged wife, nothing about the new romance is fair game.
Kroy Biermann seems to be to blame
Kroy Biermann is apparently against the idea of Zim Zolciak moving past their marriage and divorce. At the very least, he wants to remain involved in her life, and he wants to stir up trouble. Biermann seems to be to blame for Zolciak’s sudden involvement in her boyfriend’s divorce.
In a truly unhinged move, Biermann contacted the estranged wife of Zolciak’s new beau to give her a run down on Zolciak’s spending habits. According to TMZ, Green admitted that she had met with Biermann, who reached out to her first, to hear his side of the story. She claims the former NFL linebacker told her that Zolciak is a “narcissist” who will spend all of Mowitz money. She went on to say Biermann told her Zolciak is a “gambling addict” who neglects her children. Green also claimed Biermann told her Mowitz had provided Zolciak with groceries. She didn’t mention how he would know something like that.
In court documents she has insisted they were never romantically involved. As far as we can tell, Kroy Biermann hasn’t been seriously dating anyone in the two years since his split. It’s unclear if that is for lack of trying or because no one is interested.
