King Charles’ Brother Andrew Humiliated as Moving Company Takes His Possessions to Wrong Home
The drama with Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor continues. Although he’s been stripped of his regal titles and kicked out of his lavish royal residence, King Charles’ disgraced brother is still giving the family headaches as his name continues to be in the headlines daily.
It was back in October that the monarch took away Andrew’s titles and ordered him to leave the massive Royal Lodge estate where he lived for more than two decades.
A statement from the Palace at the time read: “His Majesty has today initiated a formal process to remove the Style, Titles and Honours of Prince Andrew. Prince Andrew will now be known as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor … His lease on Royal Lodge has, to date, provided him with legal protection to continue in residence. Formal notice has now been served to surrender the lease, and he will move to alternative private accommodation. These censures are deemed necessary, notwithstanding the fact that he continues to deny the allegations against him. Their Majesties wish to make clear that their thoughts and utmost sympathies have been, and will remain with, the victims and survivors of any and all forms of abuse.”
However, as the months passed, Andrew seemed in no hurry to pack up his things and go. That is until another batch of the Jeffrey Epstein files was released by the U.S. Department of Justice on Jan. 30, in which Andrew and his former wife, Sarah Ferguson‘s names appeared several times. There were also photos of the ex-prince crouching down on the floor over an identified woman.
Days later and under the cover of darkness, Andrew moved out of Royal Lodge to a much smaller home in Sandringham. But now it’s being reported that he arrived to an empty house and didn’t have his possessions because they had been taken elsewhere.
The former Duke of York was supposed to be staying at Wood Farm, not far from the king’s Sandringham House in Norfolk while his five-bedroom Marsh Farm house is undergoing renovations.
According to the Daily Mail, the moving company didn’t get the memo about his temporary home and had his belongings shipped to Marsh Farm instead. It’s not known how long Andrew was without his things but it’s believed they have since been sent to Wood Farm.
There hasn’t been much movement in or around Andrew’s current residence. There have been packages dropped off from Amazon and a Waitrose food delivery but not much else. And Andrew, who was seen out and about plenty of times on the grounds of Royal Lodge in the days and weeks before he left, has not yet been seen at Wood Farm.
It’s also not known at this time where his ex-wife is living as she too has left Royal Lodge. Sarah has been spotted recently spending time friends in the French Alps and the United Arab Emirates. Fergie was also seen in Qatar, where she was with her youngest daughter, Princess Eugenie, who is a director at the Hauser and Wirth and has been in the Doha attending art fairs for work.
