Kris Jenner isn’t hurting for somewhere to live. The famed momager owns several high-end properties throughout California, as do her kids. Still, there is one home she is struggling to part with. Kris has listed, pulled back, and relisted her iconic Hidden Hills mansion, which served as the backdrop for Keeping Up With the Kardashians, multiple times in recent years. She recently relisted it, and insiders insist that this time, she means it.

The History of the Hidden Hills Mansion

Kris Jenner purchased the Hidden Hills home in 2010 with Caitlyn Jenner while they were still married. The pair dropped $4 million on the house just three years after the family’s fame skyrocketed with the introduction of their popular reality TV series. The home was more than just a place to lay their heads, though. The Kardashian-Jenner family filmed hundreds of hours of footage inside the sprawling estate, making it one of the most recognizable homes in the United States. The black-and-white tiled floors in the front foyer are nothing short of iconic.

While the property served as the family home for many years, by the time Caitlyn and Kris called it quits, they had already moved on. Still, it has remained in the family via a trust. Now, it seems, everyone agrees it is time to move on; at least, that is Kris’s sentiment right now. Her feelings are known to change.

How Many Times Has She Listed It?

The Hidden Hills mansion that Kris Jenner and her family once called home has sat largely unused for the last decade. That doesn’t make it easy to let go of, though. Kris appears to have an emotional attachment to the home, making it difficult for her to sell. She first listed it for sale in February 2025 for over $13 million. The listing was big news. She even announced the planned sale via the New York Times. For a brief moment, she seemed ready to put that chapter of her life behind her. She even received multiple offers, but suddenly changed course. The house was delisted, with Kris reconsidering the home as a long-term family asset, according to TMZ.

Kris sat on the property for another year before deciding it was time to send it to new owners. She has once again listed the home for sale. According to TMZ, the new listing is about $500,000 less than the 2025 asking price. This time, she is so serious about selling that she is willing to include the furniture still inside the property, as long as the price is right. While she seems serious this time around, we will keep our eyes peeled for any sudden changes. It could happen.

Where Is Kris Living Now?

Reality TV fans might remember Kris in her Hidden Hills home, but she actually hasn’t lived there for more than a decade. Since 2020, she has resided in another Hidden Hills home, just a stone’s throw from Khloé Kardashian. The mother and daughter are actually neighbors.

When she’s looking for a change of scenery, she can head down to her La Quinta home in the Coachella Valley. The massive estate offers enough room for the whole family and features a 100-foot infinity pool. The Kardashian kids all own their own homes, which means the Hidden Hills mansion that helped launch their careers is no longer needed. It will be interesting to see who decides to make it their own.
