Kris Jenner Revealed That Tristan Thompson Still Calls Her ‘Mom’
Tristan Thompson hasn’t been with Khloé Kardashian in years, but he still has a relationship with Kris Jenner. Jenner said she likes to remain on good terms with all her daughters’ exes. Though Thompson and Khloé’s relationship was rocky, he has a good relationship with Jenner. She said he still calls her mom.

While men like Thompson, Scott Disick, Kanye West, and Travis Scott broke her daughters’ hearts, Kris said she tries to remain on good terms with them all.
“These are — in most cases — the fathers of my grandchildren, and I love these men,” she told Jay Shetty during the On Purpose podcast. “That love doesn’t go away when we experience really challenging times with them. It doesn’t turn off like that for me.”
While she said she didn’t approve of the way these men treated her daughters, she wanted to move forward with compassion and forgiveness. She said she still sees Thompson often.
“Tristan comes walking in the back door and [says], ‘Hey Mom, what’s up?’” she said. “So they’re always around and we embrace them.”
Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian learned Tristan Thompson and Lamar Odom cheated
Two of Khloé’s former partners have cheated on her. She said that when Thompson cheated, Kim Kardashian learned about it before she did.
“When Kim found out that Tristan was cheating on me, she was about to sit down for Keeping Up interviews and it happened while she was in the interview chair,” she said on Call Her Daddy. “I don’t know if as much would have been shown if that’s not how it was unfolding in real time. We just happened to be filming all the f***ing time.”
She said that when her ex-husband, Lamar Odom, cheated, Jenner learned about this before her. She had to break the news to her daughter.
“Kim has known about the cheating — I think both of the cheating stuff — I think Kim found out first,” Khloé explained. “Which is crazy. And then my mom, with my ex-husband, she knew things before I did and had to tell me.”

Thompson cheated on Khloé on more than one occasion. News of his first cheating scandal broke shortly before she gave birth to their daughter, True. She said she struggled in the aftermath.
“Well, the interesting part is, I think the very first time it happened, I didn’t [make a change],” she said on the On Purpose podcast. “And that’s okay, because it’s done. And I also had to forgive myself for that. There was a time that I felt very guilty, like, why did I even stay? Why am I not forgiving myself? I would blame myself for everything.”
Khloé said that the second time news broke, she was humiliated because she knew she should have known better.
“The second time, you know, my surrogate was still pregnant with Tatum, and the people didn’t know yet that I was having Tatum,” she said. “But I felt such shame that it was happening again, because I knew I knew better.”
They ended things for good in 2021.
