Kylie Jenner Forced to Slash the Price of Her Home in LA’s Most Exclusive Neighborhood (See Inside)
Kylie Jenner is one of the many stars having trouble selling their lavish property.
The beauty mogul and reality star was left with no other option but to lower the asking price of her Beverly Hills estate. Jenner initially put her Holmby Hills home on the market in 2025 for $48 million. But with no buyer in sight, she was forced to bring the price down, knocking off nearly $10 million.
The youngest Kar-Jenner sibling bought the concrete compound for $36.5 million in 2020. It’s now listed for $38.5 million. The massive 15,350-square-foot mansion is nestled in one of Los Angeles’ most exclusive neighborhoods where several late Hollywood icons have called home, such as Dean Martin, Bing Crosby, Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall.
Jenner’s industrial-modern mansion, which boasts seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, is set back behind 12-foot security and privacy walls and consists of a main house and a few separate guest apartments, also built out of concrete. Some of the property’s amenities include a chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a game room with a full bar, a home theater with stadium seating, walls of glass that slide open, a home gym, a large pool, an outdoor theater area, and a sports court for pickleball or basketball.
Other celebs having problems selling their residences include Jennifer Lopez, Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger, and Alec and Hilaria Baldwin.
According to real estate broker and Selling Sunset star Jason Oppenheim, “The cachet of celebrity ownership alone simply doesn’t hold the sway it once did.”
He told Realtor.com, “Celebrity homes certainly do still sell, and perhaps even at a bit of a premium. However, celebrities (and more often their business managers) can be particularly unrealistic about their initial asking prices, often causing multiple reductions and significant days on market.”
