Kylie Kelce Is ‘Confused’ About Travis Kelce’s Claim That He’s Never Argued With Taylor Swift
Travis Kelce recently made waves after saying he and Taylor Swift have never argued in their two-and-a-half-year relationship. People responded with disbelief or questions about how much time he and Swift really spend together. His sister-in-law, Kylie Kelce, just weighed in with her thoughts. She had some questions for the couple.
Travis Kelce said he and Taylor Swift have never been in an argument
In an interview with George Clooney on his New Heights podcast, Travis asked the actor about his relationship with his wife, Amal Clooney. In the past, Clooney has said that he and his wife never argue.
“No, I’m not lying,” Clooney said. “Travis, shall we ask you the same questions?”
Travis admitted that he and Swift never argue either. He and Swift haven’t been together for as long as the Clooneys, but they are engaged.
“Well, it’s only been two and a half years, and you’re right,” he said. “I haven’t gotten into an argument. Never once.”
Kylie Kelce doesn’t completely believe that Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift have never bickered
On her Not Gonna Lie podcast, Kylie addressed Clooney and her brother-in-law’s claims. She finds it relatively hard to believe that couples don’t ever disagree.
“You’re telling me you don’t bicker or argue?” she asked. “Or maybe you do bicker, but you don’t argue? I’m very confused about this.”
While she has some doubts about their claims, Kylie said that if she were married to Amal Clooney, an accomplished lawyer and human rights activist, she probably wouldn’t fight her either.
“To George Clooney’s credit, I would not argue with Amal either,” she said. “Absolutely not. I would be right behind her like, ‘Yeah. Get them, what she said. I’m with her.’ Whatever she says, we ride at dawn.”
She joked that her own husband can’t say the same thing
Kylie also took the opportunity to poke fun at her husband. Jason Kelce didn’t chime in to say that he never fights with her. Kylie said it would be a lie if he had.
“Notice how my husband was oddly quiet during this segment,” she said. “He did ask a couple of clarifying questions. But for the most part, his a** knew that he could not say that after almost eight years married. We absolutely argue.”
She said they don’t argue often, but they’ve had disagreements over their years of marriage.
“Now, do we argue often? Not really,” she said. “But we’ve definitely argued, for sure.”
She believes that raising children together factors into this. They have four young daughters.
“Like, to be fair, I’m not a yelling arguer. So the arguments in our house, they’re not a yelling situation,” she said. “I just think that if you’re married, you live together, specifically if you have children, you’re potentially having some sleepless nights. You might have varying degrees of patience with certain situations with your kids.”
