Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton have had fans buzzing for months about their romance. Well, now there are reports that people in the couple’s circle are talking about it too, and not everyone approves of their relationship.
After they were initailly spotted at the luxury members only hotel in the U.K. together in January, an insider told Us Weekly that the two have been friends for years and decided to go on a “few dates” but were keeping things “casual.”
Fast forward to March though and the publication’s sources said, “They are going strong and really happy. Lewis is head over heels and those closest to him believe he has finally met his match … They are both very committed to making things work no matter how long the distance is or how busy they are. Because their relationship started with a friendship first, those closest to them believe this could be endgame for them both.
“Lewis is such a great guy and has really been courting her and treating her right. He’s been making all the plans and making sure she is taken care of. Everyone around her thinks it’s really sweet and what she deserves. Kim has had such a relaxed aura recently in all aspects of her life. Her mindset has totally changed. She’s not forcing anything, just letting it unfold naturally.”

A recent report claims that the Formula 1 star‘s mother Carmen Larbalestier is not a happy about her son’s relationship with the SKIMs founder.
According to Star Magazine, “Carmen is fiercely protective of Lewis and from her perspective, the Kardashian lifestyle isn’t something that meshes with her son’s personality long-term. She feels he’d be much better off with someone more low-key and private.”
It’s important to keep in mind that this report about what Hamilton’s mother thinks is coming from an anonymous source. Plus, Hamilton has been romanticly involved with other famous women in the past and had a high-profile relationship with Pussycat Dolls’ lead singer and TV personality Nicole Scherzinger from 2007 to 2015. During their time together there were never any reports of tension between Larbalestier and Scherzinger.

Another story that’s been floating around is that Kayne West isn’t thrilled either that his ex-wife and Hamilton are dating.
This comes from someone who spoke to InTouch Weekly and explained that West is a little bitter because he questioned Hamilton’s intentions years ago as he “suspected” that the racecar driver was “creeping on” Kardashian back then. But “Lewis denied that” at the time and Kardashian told West he was just being insecure. Now, though the rapper “feels vindicated.”
Again, this chatter is coming from anymous sources so while it may not seem like West is the biggest cheerleader for his ex’s happily ever after, he has shown that he moved on when he married Bianca Censori.
