Lip Reader Reveals What Prince Harry and Meghan Were Saying to Each Other During Outing With Prince William and Kate
While Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, Prince William, and the Princess of Wales (formerly known as Kate Middleton) made things look just fine early on when they were spotted out in public together, we know that wasn’t the case.
In the years since Harry and his wife left their roles within the family and moved to America we learned that things were rocky and tense between the family even before the duke and duchess tied the knot.
Now, a new documentary is exploring some of the royal’ past conversations decoded by lip-reading experts.
Here’s what one expert noticed the prince and former Suits star talking about during a special Remembrance Day service with Harry’s family a few months after they were married.
Nicola Hickling is a lip-reading expert and the founder of LipReader, a company specializing in lipreading and expert witness reports. Hickling has spearheaded the development of innovative technologies and services that empower individuals with hearing impairments. She has also appeared in the likes of the Daily Mail, Page Six, Newsweek, and more.
In the documentary Lip-Reading the Royals: The Secret Conversations, Hickling shared what she observed the Sussexes saying to each other during the service. In a clip from that day inside Westminster Abbey, Harry and Meghan were seen in deep discussion as they talked amongst themselves.
According to Hickling, at the beginning of the conversation, Meghan tells her husband, “Take advantage of the situation.” Harry then asks, “Today?” to which the duchess responds, “Do it tonight.”
As the conversation quickly develops, Harry can be seen leaning closer to his wife as he responds, “You do realize that this is the end?” to which Meghan promptly replies, “Yes, I do know.”
