Lisa Vanderpump Wishes She Confronted Brittany Cartwright at BravoCon: ‘What the F***?’
Lisa Vanderpump and Brittany Cartwright spent years filming Vanderpump Rules together. While they had a friendly rapport on the reality series, the goodwill between them seems to have dried up. Cartwright recently said she hardly ever hears from Vanderpump. Her comments made Vanderpump wish she’d confronted her at BravoCon.

In a recent appearance at BravoCon, Cartwright discussed the reboot of Vanderpump Rules. She got her start on the show and now stars on The Valley. While she wishes the new cast the best, she isn’t all that happy with her former boss.
“I mean, I wish them nothing but the best, but Lisa has not invited me to anything,” she told Decider. “She hasn’t checked on me since my divorce, since my son’s autism diagnosis, since anything. So I haven’t heard from her in ages.”
Cartwright said that she understands why Vanderpump hasn’t reached out. Still, she hoped to hear from her, particularly after her highly public divorce from Jax Taylor.
“I have no bad feelings. She likes who is bringing her money at the time. And that’s not currently me,” Cartwright said. “I don’t know, I just figured whenever me and Jax got divorced, I would at least hear something from her, so that’s kind of upsetting.”

Vanderpump did not deny that she hasn’t reached out to Cartwright. She said she’s too busy to stay in frequent contact with the former Vanderpump Rules cast.
“It’s sad to me when I hear things like Brittany [Cartwright] saying, oh, you know, I don’t call her. She’s right, I don’t,” she said. “As I say, I have multiple businesses. I’m always traveling. I’ve been through a lot personally over the last few years, and I’m always kind of moving forward, but I’m always there for them. That’s a shame to me, and it felt weird to me.”
Vanderpump was also present at BravoCon. While there, she said she had a friendly exchange with Cartwright. This was before she heard Cartwright’s comments about her, though.
“The fact that she greeted me [at BravoCon], and I was like, ‘Brittany, hi!’ And then I heard she said that, but I guess she said that before she greeted me (laughs), because as I greeted her, she [said,] ‘How are you?’ And then I heard she said that.”
Vanderpump believes their exchange would have gone differently if she knew what Cartwright said.
“If I had heard she said that, I would have said, ‘What the f***? You know I’m always here for you,’ you know.”
Vanderpump shared the former cast members who have been the most supportive of her new show
As Vanderpump isn’t in contact with many of the former Vanderpump Rules stars, not many of them have reached out about the show’s reboot. Vanderpump said Tom Schwartz and Lala Kent have been the most supportive. She also spoke to former cast member Stassi Schroeder about it.
“Oh, Stassi has. But Stassi hasn’t been on the show for years,” she said. “I work with her on Vanderpump Villa, she says, ‘I can’t wait to watch it.’”
